We are so grateful to Inna for winning our asylum case in SF immigration court! She took our case…read morefrom the very beginning and carried it through until we won! We weren't the luckiest ones when it came to the asylum officer, but thanks to Inna's experience the immigration judge granted our asylum application two weeks ago! I would especially emphasise the fact that Inna is a rare find - she has experience with asylums for citizens of various countries, including but not limited to India, Mexico and Russia (!!). I would definitely recommend her to everyone and will be back for our green card and citizenship applications! Thank you Inna once again for being a responsible and professional lawyer!

Our case in particular was pushed out till 2029 to speak with the judge. She pushed the judge into making a verdict sooner than later without consulting us. I believe in the climate we are in today that was a bad choice and it resulted in us loosing our case. Losing the case isn't the problem, her not consulting us before making that move was. After our asylum case was denied, she pretended to care again saying we can try again which would include paying more money. If you decide to go with inna be aware she is an aggressive lawyer and that tactic might end up in a result that can affect your life.

Extremely knowledgable and thorough, and an all-around great guy to work with. Would highly recommend working with Matt for anybody looking for an immigration lawyer!

My wife and I have been working with Matthew Weisner for over a year on our case with USCIS. There…read moreis an old saying that outstanding professionals are AAA; Available, Affable and Able. Matthew Weisner personifies this ideal. We interacted with him dozens of times in preparation for our case. The information he provided us in written correspondence, online links and telephone discussions was always succinct, well organized and completely on target. His knowledge of the law is impressive and his understanding of the process as well as the individuals involved is amazing. When we had the interview with our officer, Matthew was there with us and made sure the interactions were smooth and productive. He knew the officer that interviewed us and it helped to make the entire exchange very comfortable. We learned over this time that Mr Weisner is extremely busy. But we never would have known it from the way he interacted with us. He answered all of our phone calls and emails promptly. When we met in person he was always calm, well prepared and made us feel like our situation and concerns were all that mattered to him at that moment. Our case seemed very daunting when we filled out our first application. But the original time line for completion shrank as we started moving through the process, and Matt guided us every step of the way with advisory information and detailed explanations on how to handle obstacles and concerns. It was almost exactly 6 months from start to finish, and we ended up with the exact outcome we had hoped for. Matthew Weisner played a significant role in making this difficult challenge manageable and because of the confidence he instilled in us with his professional competence, it was actually rather enjoyable.
