I also need a lot of training every year, thankfully NEFCO fire investigations…read moresponsored a full day of fire investigation training classes at a nearby restaurant and then a live burn demo/class at Aboite Fire Station/West Central Fire District in Fort Wayne. The class entails setting a real fire and learning from how quickly it spreads in simulated conditions. One was a bedroom setup and another a kitchen. It's done at the fire department for safety reasons. It's an absolutely fascinating experience, one I have done before in the past. Still it makes you pause to see the destructive power of fires. Bunch of my coworkers went to take these classes, it was a great experience. I added videos of the live burns. They are not the full videos, due to yelp limitations.
