I have always had a fear of dentist because of past experiences which were very painful. I researched top dentist in Maryland and I came across Dr. Kuzmak, Towson View Dental Care and decided to give them a call and make an appointment. I was very nervous about the visit because I had two broken teeth with only the roots left in my gums. Upon my arrival I was meant by a warm and welcoming staff. Dr. Kuzmack himself came out to the waiting area to greet me and to offer me a bottle of water. That definitely helped take the edge off. He explained everything to me before he began the procedure. I always brace myself for the initial needle stick and deep burning that follows from the Novocaine... However to my surprise Dr. Kuzmack pulls out a device that he uses in conjunction with the needles that massages your gums during injection which helped to alleviate any pain! I was totally taken back that I did not feel ANY pain the entire procedure. No pain from the needle or the root extraction. Now we are almost done with treatment with my youngest daughter and it turned out worse that it was before her treatment began. She had a very difficult case, which didn't seem to phase them during consultation, they charged us 2x as much because it was going to take more work to fix. 18 months later, she has a tooth with root reabsoption, because of too much trauma on the tooth when they were moving it. We initially sought treatment for her crossbite, but now it is a severe underbite that jets out and they refused to do extractions even though there was severe crowding on the bottom they straightened out, her front teeth are almost coming out of the jaw bone as there is not enough space and they are stretched so thin. The teeth barely fit and her bottom jaw jets out, but the doctors are ready to take her braces off, as they insist there's nothing they can do now.

My smile was impeccable. I lost my retainer and immediately came to Dr. Snyder's office, as I have previously had a good experience. I came and had to pay $185 for an exam and scan. This had nothing to do with the actual retainer i wanted made. As i was to get fitted for my retainer the office told me they were short staffed so i would have to come back for my fitting-- 3 weeks later. I wish i would have gone elsewhere. Every single day that passes my teeth shift. And TODAY, the day of my fitting , as I prepare to drive TWO HOURS for my appointment, Dr Snyder's office calls to say their machine broke down. I must now be rescheduled AGAIN. They induced reliance and failed to deliver. My smile is gone and i now require invisalign. Their response? $50 off my retainer. I was doing the typical rounds making appointments looking for the best dentist in town and my search lead me here. To begin with their office manager, who also doubles as a receptionist, was a gazillion quadrillion billion million times friendlier than any other place I've called ever, dentist or no dentist! In fact, all the ladies here are friendly, like the perfect Stepford wives, almost unnerving, make you feel bad about yourself nice. They don't ever seem to have bad days, or at least they wont show it. I get cheerful reminder calls before my appointments, even a sweet Christmas gift, and personal calls by Dr. Kwong to see how things are going! As fate would have it, I was lead back to the best many years later in 2022. During the pandemic in 2020, I figured we were all wearing masks so who cares if you get Invisalign. No one will see it under the mask anyway I was thinking this would be a good time to correct some issues. I made a huge 6k mistake to let my regular dentist try to improve some minor shifting that occurred. I unfortunately got an Invisalign treatment through my general dentist who is not a certified experienced Orthodontist. It's so temping these days to purchase "Smile direct club" or "Evenly" type service making the process look easy, simple and convenient. That is far from the truth. It is a huge mistake to trust your teeth with just anyone when undergoing Orthodontic treatment. With all the temptations on the market, I urge you- please don't do it. I experienced adverse effects such as gum recession, enamel scratches, staining which I NEVER had in my 40 year old life before getting Invisalign from the wrong person.
