She is by far the best lawyer advocating for justice. The only one who went the distance and fought for me to have more time than expected. Her staff is amazing too Gina takes time to not only communicate what is going on but take all your requests down and offer a sympathetic ear. Alana stayed on the phone with me til late, and I mean late, finalizing the agreement and answering any questions I had. I will be recommending everyone this team because I know they stand behind the injustice men find on this journey. Thank you Mary Anne for the countless times you listened and helped me to evolve into the best co- parent. Thank you for believing in me when no one else did.

There wasn't a ton this law firm could do for me, but i did need to hire then to do other things. I just couldn't get a full sentence out. I don't know if it was too much caffeine or what. she sounded as if she took my statements personally. I was asked numerous questions during the call and then cut off before I could finish my sentences. After so many times I told the woman I would have to get off the phone and I hung up.

It all started when I my fiance and I had a dream in 2011 of opening our own cafe in Ferndale. We…read moreknew that it was going to take a ton of hard work, funding, planning, and consulting with knowledgeable individuals. We were gung-ho and ready to make a push, but as the old adage goes, "Life get's in the way". Weeks became months and sadly months became years... 3 years to be exact. All that being said, an opportunity arose when the local Radio Shack was moving to a new location in Detroit and the location was up for lease. We saw this as a sign and realized that it's pretty much now or never. We followed all the rules: We got a reputable real estate agent, we got an architect, we got the funding, and it finally came down to getting the lease signed. I thought to myself, I really need to find someone that knows their stuff and is trust-able. Low and behold I stumbled upon The Flannery Law Firm. Amy, the principle lawyer of the firm is incredible to say the least. Our landlord, who issued us a standard lease gave us some very tough terms on the lease to cope with. It was almost to a point where we wanted to stop the whole operation given the risk we were about to take... and then comes Amy who may as well had warpaint on her face. She completely revised the contract, analysed every single word of the contract and fought tooth and nail to get us the best possible contract we could get! My father, who is critical about everyone and everything (ESPECIALLY LAWYERS), had nothing but praise for her. This does not come easy come easy from him... as I am still waiting to hear something like that for me! (maybe I should yelp a therapist) Bottom line is that we could not be more happy with the deal she negotiated for us. She saved us tens of thousands of dollars right now and hundreds of thousands in the future. So now, our soon-to-be cafe, The Detroit Bubble Tea company in Ferndale, MI will be running smooth and happily thanks to Amy. What is the difference between Amy and the other lawyers that I have dealt with? Amy genuinely cares about our happiness and does not look at us like we are walking dollar signs. For all of those reasons, I strongly recommend her for anyone looking for an awesome business lawyer in Troy or any other city in Oakland County. Thank you Amy for all of the hard work you have done and continue to do for us.
