LEANDRA greeted us with a smile and stayed with us to help with our shopping needs. The store was thoughtfully laid out, as each counter had everything. That's extra helpful when you are easily distracted. It was our first time, and my birthday. Leandra and Elite made sure I was ready for a fun birthday party! Highly recommended. Medical or recreational--they have both. Great deals on flower, concentrates, cartridges, gummies, and topical rubs. Always receive great service here! We bought some cartridges back in 2019. When I got home, I called because I was 1 cartridge short--they had a note on my account and gave it to me in 2021! Now that's customer service! I had completely forgotten about it! read more

Got there with only about 6 people in front of me and they were running a bit slow, no problem. As I'm waiting the lobby starts filling with people, about 25. Waited about an hour before I noticed that people were starting to be called back that had not been there but 20 mins. Must've been skipped by at least 8 people, all rec. I DO NOT RECOMMEND for any med patients. read more

A TRUE DISGRACE TO THE CANNABIS INDUSTRY - DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR BEING TREATED RESPECTFULLY!!!!!! They are selling EXPIRED products with expiration stickers BURNED OFF.....burnt residue still left on box.....to people with chronic medical needs and THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED! Weed that I can see the MOLD in it? ASHAME. Not only that menu is never up to date I drive hours and they never call me to let know they have NOTHING I order from their site. I had I think the same girl help me twice over the past year and acted like I am dumb and rush me out the door... More than once had these problems, only came back for a great sale price on choice cart I couldn't pass up and was still disappointed because not only they all had burn mark and sticky sh** on them but one of them they must have missed still had the expiration date FROM 2019!!! 2 years expired products sold to someone with chronic needs???? This place needs to be shut down!!! read more

I have been to elite wellness a few times now and my first time was amazing Jackie was amazing everything that I did as far as my interactions with her was on point and overly just was amazing my second time there I did not care for my budtender she seemed cold and out of touch with me she didn't seem as knowledgeable about strains or about the products that was really carried I did buy a platinum Vapes and honestly once I got home I noticed that they did not have the QR code that was talked about from the actual company nor did it have the different color tips so it had me questioning the boxing and the legitimacy of the cart. I have looked over trying to find more information on this place reviews are good but I'm interested in who their supplier is and where their actual products are being gotten from as Platinum Vapes is one of the most highly frauded vape out there and I just want to be making sure I get quality products as this is not for just getting high I have two medical conditions HIV and cancer that I treat with this and I look forward to having quality products I was also concerned because their shop had marijuana seized by the state because the company that they had tested didn't actually test it while they were not the only place that was hit they were still one of them and I always question the things that I get that's why I go to a dispensary in the first place I know that Platinum Vapes and places have dealt with a lot of fraud so I won't hold it against the dispensary however I do want to check into how legit they are I tried contacting Platinum Vapes to ask if this place was an actual retailer for them I got no reply. As far as the staff I was happy with most of the people that I had interactions with the boss is really cool my first time in there gave me some really good deals on top of the already really good deals they were giving they have a great selection and ultimately at this time I don't know a better place that I could go to that's within my reach to get to so you will continue to get my business hope this review helps somebody sorry if you're confused you or made it harder for you to choose just remember whatever you decide is on you have a great day read more

I came from Oregon and was just needing a quick few things and wasn't wanting to go inside. after I went it I can't say how pleased I was! I got the best 420 goodies, the people were all kind and smiling even through their masks. I couldn't recommend them enough read more
