Ok will try to do this review justice. Our daughter and her husband were looking to buy their first…read morehome and we thought it was crucial to find the right agent and word of mouth is my usual approach to finding someone for something as important as this. We have friends we can trust and while we have many acquaintances that were real estate agents we wanted the best. Let's just say we owe our friends a very nice dinner for the great suggestion to use Donna. Donna Di Maria-Carleo to be exact. I knew a little about real estate from dabbling 30 or so years ago but just enough to be dangerous. So glad Donna was there for us to guide us thru every step of what was a very detailed process. She was steps ahead of everything. For our daughter and her husband as first time buyers it was an eye opening experience. Donna was a professional tiger representing her clients and gets her hands dirty along the way getting involved with the home inspections and making sure the sellers were providing a home warranty plan. She ran interference with our lender, escrow and sellers agent and led and drove the process the entire way. We had a bump in the road when the sellers made a poor selection of escrow company (40 miles away instead of local) and it turned out to be a big mistake putting our Ernest money in limbo. This required an opening of a new escrow and more Ernest money on our part. Donna made sure the sellers ponied up $5k plus $2500 from selling agent as well as $2500 from her commission (wish she hadn't done that last part). Donna knows what she is doing and has assured me my other Ernest money will come back in 3-6 months (that's fine). After we started moving our daughter and husband in many yard tools were left behind which I thought was a nice gesture on the part of the sellers only to find out Donna paid them to leave them‍ behind!Another wonderful gesture from a caring professional agent who knows how to treat her client. See picture below for the welcome baskets she left for our daughter and her husband as well as hiring a cleaning crew to come by and give the entire place a full once over cleaning! Makes me want to go buy another house! When the time comes for my other daughter to buy a place we have our agent! Thank you Donna!

Karen Anderson was the clear standout after I diligently interviewed three other agents to sell our…read morebeloved Carson home after owning same for over 50 years. She was immediately the most credible: prepared, data‑driven, and confident without any salesy pressure. She's an old‑school professional using today's technology to drive results. We appreciated her weekly updates without having to ask. We had just two weeks to prep the house, including a full exterior paint job, and Karen made the entire process turnkey. She hired and coordinated all the vendors so we didn't have to search or manage anyone ourselves, including a digital video tour that really showcased the property online. She obtained our pre‑approval for every expense before moving forward and stayed within our projected budget, which we greatly appreciated. One of the biggest selling points was Karen having her own staging furniture. But because of the size and layout of our house she brought in an outside staging vendor on her own dime so the home would show at its absolute best. Bravo Karen. No cutting corners with her. From there, she handled everything: prep, paint, staging, photos, video, pricing strategy, and negotiations. The home sold after the first open house, in one week, and over asking price. Claudia was the point person at the Open House and she was upbeat, polite and professional. As someone who watches both cost and value very closely, I can say without hesitation that Karen fully earned her commission. If you're serious about getting top dollar with minimal stress, interview a few agents like I did--but in the end, trust the one who gets it done. When you only have one shot at selling such an important asset, don't gamble with it; hire Karen Anderson. She's the Gold Standard of real estate agents.

My…read morecoworker has no idea who Karen is, and I didn't care because there is not enough I can say to how amazing a job I think the Prestige Team do. I have worked with her team twice now, the first time to buy a house and the second time to sell a house. The funny thing is, I wasn't even planning on buying a house yet when I met Jonathan on her team. I was just dipping my toe into what was happening in my area and looking for maybe hiring an agent. I walked into an open house hosted by Jonathan and immediately liked his vibe. I also loved the vibe of the house, so much so, I was sold twice over. I hired him and bought the house. After that, I have reached out to both Jonathan and Karen for recommendations on work to be done, and they never fail to have qualified people I can hire. When I was ready to sell another house, there was no doubt in my mind who I was going to hire: The Prestige Team. Karen has walked us through the process, informing us in realistic terms how much the house should go for, she has hired and managed updates to the fixtures, bathroom, and kitchen, not to mention painting and gardening and electrical, and has kept us in the loop with bids. Now that the contract has already been signed, I can say I would have given her a higher commission (maybe . . . my partner would probably have something to say about that, though). In other words, HIRE THE PRESTIGE TEAM. If I could be more glowing in my review, I would!
