Paired me with a good job with friendly people. During paperwork was given the wrong instructions on my direct deposit for so my check didn't load on pay day and had to go directly to their office to get my first check. The following payday after being assured they fixed the error I was informed by my bank that they did not fix the issue leaving me without pay 2 days before Christmas and told I won't get paid til 2 days after as well...when I called to find out why they didn't actually do anything about my pay the agent explained to be after i told her they gave me inproper instructions she informed me that if I filled out my paper properly then this wouldn't happen which makes no sense.
