I've been to this establishment three times and have always enjoyed the experience. The first visit was for the HIFU treatment- loved the results! It really does firm the skin and results were almost immediate- not the 3-6 month wait that I read about. My second treatment was the Hydro facial, and again the results were immediate. My skin looked amazing afterwards. My third visit was another HIFU treatment, this time the results were quicker than the first and I know better this time around to get back for a second treatment within 3 to 4 months. They have a new machine which seems to provide better results. read more

If I could leave a review of no stars I would have done so; however, the rating system does not permit the negative star rating I would like to give. So, one star it is. My mom and I were on vacation in Florida and found Thao, the nail tech at Elite Spa, from Groupon. We did not purchase a Groupon; however, we paid the Groupon rate at the salon. Our initial visit was great as we liked the cleanliness of the salon and enjoyed talking with Thao. Our manicures looked nice and our nails appeared healthy. It was the return visit and subsequent nail damage that has turned out to be a regrettable and painful experience. Since we had gel polish for our manicures (first time we both tried a gel manicure), Thao used PURE ACETONE to remove the gel. Thao left my nails in PURE ACETONE, not acetone polish remover, for over an hour (in the neighborhood of 1.5 hours) which has made my nails brittle. She left my nails in the PURE ACETONE for way too long. she finished another customer, gave my mom a manicure and finally gave me a pedicure and the entire time the PURE ACETONE was on my finger nails. From my internet searches and reading, the time for the PURE ACETONE to remain on the nails should be 10 to 15 minutes, not over an hour. It is my belief the PURE ACETONE was left on so long my nails were damaged. My Mom's nails have been fine and her nails were in the PURE ACETONE for less than 20 minutes. My nails have white splotches, and have been breaking and peeling for over a month and it has been very painful and has limited my ability to perform simple daily tasks without pain. My nails have been breaking right down to the skin at the tip of my fingers and I am not sure when this will end. When I called Thao, she apologized and said she would refund my money. A lady came from the back and said I don't have an appointment and when I told her I made it online she yelled at me " I heard you but you don't have an appointment ". I came in Saturday with little expectations of what I'd end up with. My hair was dry, different tone red, long, and too thick. i gave it a shot because Groupon price was too good roto pass up. I got there and walked in and was greeted by Lana. She was very nice and professional. She took her time and made auresure everything was done perfectly. The color came out beautiful. She took some length off and thinned it without me having having to say anything. It's common sense to me not to have short/medium hair with bulky ends. It's like she just knew what i wanted. She was very informative too. She'd explain what she was doing and why. I've never had my hair done that BEAUTIFULLY and on top of that the price was AMAZING. I'm so happy with the results!! I wouldn't even give it one star! Bought my daughter in law a birthday give to have her hair done. She works full time and has 2 children so I thought a gift to pamper herself was perfect. Sadly the rudeness was from beginning. The phone call to make the appointment to arriving and rudeness continued, so many sighs as if she was an inconvenience to them. My daughter in law left in tears without any kind of service. If they didn't want Groupon customers then they shouldn't partner with Groupon. But having someone leave you business in tears in never a good thing. They should do better. read more

Long overdue review! Love love love my new hairstyle!! I was a little nervous going shorter after having long hair most of my life, but after having my son I was ready for a new look. Lana also gave me some tips on treating my over-dried, bleached hair w Moroccan Oil and showing me how to brush it for volume and growth. I have never had a manicure that used no lotion on my hands or nails, my cuticles were peeling and dry after the manicure. My pedicure consisted of trimming, some light buffing, salt scrub, a base coat and one coat of polish, no lotion, no second coat, no top coat. Chipped in less than a week. My tech was nice but I felt like everything was second hand and no one seemed happy to work there. read more

I purchased a groupon for a Hydrafacial with Lana and it was wonderful. My skin has a wonderful glow to it. The whole experience was great. I had to make a sheduling change, beacuse of another treatment and they were so accommodating. I liked it so much I am going back next month for another Hydrafacial and Cryolipolysis (for chin fat reduction) So excited to try other services that they offer as well, Lymphatic drainage massage and radio frequency treatments. I can tell Lana loves her job and really wants to help her clients with their skin issues. read more

Extremely rude... doors locked and closed when I was going to make an appointment when the door said they should have been open. It was a Friday afternoon and no one was in there besides the owner who basically shushed me when I started speaking. I did not see her ear buds in and did not know she was on the phone. After opening the door like I was bothering her she turned around and walked away not saying a word to me just put her hand up. So I sat down and waited. When she got off the phone she didn't even look up she just asked me in a rude tone, "can I help you" I told her how my sister got me a groupon to get a manicure and pedicure because I am nine months pregnant and wanted me to relax before going into labor in a few short weeks. She said you have to make an appointment! With an attitude. I never been to a salon that you have to make a nail appointment and wait a whole week! She then made it for the following Friday. Knowing I was not going to make that due to the fact I could deliver at anytime and got such a bad vibe from this woman I walked out. So a week later she calls and actually changes my appointment to a later time haha. I told them forget about it and that I am not interested anymore. Horrible customer service, never been to a salon on a Friday that literally had no one in it, customers or staff and I think I know why. Worst experience ever! The Hair dresser, Phyillis colored my hair stating my hair was damaged. I asked her to colt my hair a little lighter, she got my back soaked rinsing my hair, she was okay but when I looked after she colored my hair, all of my gray was showing. She said it wasn't my gray it was the dye, she had already rinsed my hair so I said no, that's my gray, she then pulled a big dryer out and put it in my face, she said I'll dry it and show you, I said okay, all of a sudden She shoved me hard on my shoulder and yelled in my face to sit back!! I was stunned, I couldn't believe she just asdaulted me! I shook my head and said I can't do this, you just shoved me, I'm leaving, I think she said go ahead and go! The lady doing nails, Rea, Rea was there, she didn't say a word. I paid a lot for my full color groupon and I got assaulted by a grouchy hair dresser. I was never rude to her and I got shoved and yelled at by the hair dresser named Phyllis. I don't recommend going there, don't waste your money, it was a horrible experience! read more

I purchased a groupon for this spa for a pedicure and manicure. I paid $22.00 for it. The normal cost is $25.00 for a regular pedicure and manicure. I made a copy of my groupon and brought my husband in case they would honor his, I would of course pay the $22.00 price. The tech was good, the manicure and pedicure were great. Then I waited outside for my husband, and while I was out there the owner told me that she could not use the same groupon for my husband. No problem, I would pay either $22 or $25 either way for him. Then she went back in the salon and proceeded to yell at the tech for considering such a transaction in front of all the customers. I felt so bad for her. In addition, when I was paying at the counter, the owner ran to the front again, to make sure I paid the $25 instead of the $22. I was humiliated by this woman and so was here tech. I will never ever step foot in her salon again, and I hope all the techs can find jobs where they are treated right by the owner. read more

Do not go here! Very rude!!!! Groupon will rip you off and the owner will treat you with the most disrespect! She booked my appointment and argued with me and asked to see my phone, I was glad to shove it in her face proving her she messed up! After that she refused to take my Groupon and told me to call to get them to refund me!! read more

After canceling the first 2 appointments I gave them a 3rd try to do a mani-pedi. I did read the reviews in several sites which were very mixed as in the past it seems they had a few good nail techs that didn't stay there very long. I never had a manicure where hands/nails weren't soaked. (It was a regular manicure not a gel) and I had nice natural nails which before I could stop her clipped 2 almost to the quick!! Nails peeled within 3 days and pedicure chipped off in 5 days. Start to finish for both pedicure and manicure was 30 minutes. I have never had a pedicure alone that was performed in less than 45-60+ minutes!! They also do not have nail dryers so I sat there for 20 minutes to make sure that my nails dried. There were no customers waiting so there was no reason to totally rush. In fact I was the only customer in the whole salon. If this is the kind of poor service they give to customers no wonder the salon is empty. Very disappointed!! read more
