From the moment I called in, and spoke with Andrew, the process was smooth and painless. First off Arrow scheduled an appointment with me within a time that week which suited us both. Arrow Roofing, arrived on time and were very professional. They took the time to closely inspect my problematic roof and reviewed all options with me. Within a week I had a very professional and detailed estimate that included exactly what I would get and what I could expect to pay. After researching a few more companies for price, quality, and professionalism comparison, it was an easy decision to go with Arrow Roofing. I called Arrow, who are very easy to get a hold of by phone,or email and was scheduled me in. Andrew told me he would be at my house November 15th at 7am. The morning came and Andrew and his guys were at my house on the hour. They came ready to work. They even gave me some tarps to cover the inside of an enclosed patio that I did realize would let debris in. His crew was great. They worked very efficiently and clean. With a storm coming, Andrew ensured my wife and I that it would be done before hand. True to his word, Andrew and his crew finished just a few hours before the rain came down. All in all great company, Arrow roofing are easy going and knowledgeable. The job was done in two and half days and the crew left the work area and all surrounding free of debris. I highly recommend this company. If I could give it more stars I would. If you need a roof call them, you won't be disappointed.

The felt roof of our sunroom was leaking and needed to be replaced. It began well, with a…read morecompetitive quote and good communication. During the job they even sent photographs of the progress by text message (as we were away). However 3 things went terribly wrong: 1. It went £480 over the initial quotation as the job was larger than expected. Which is fine, except: 2. The night after the new roof was installed it rained and more water poured through the ceiling than had ever done before. To their credit they immediately fixed it the following day, however: 3. A large pile of rubbish was left in the back of garden for two and a half weeks, which they promised four times to remove but never did. In the end they refused to move it and we had to clear it ourselves. This is unacceptable, especially as the job cost £1,590.00 and on the quotation included "Leave site clean and tidy." Horrible waste of time…read more Money was paid on a job that persisted and wrecked our home when we went away. I had another roofer come round and said that the current work was between 8 and 10 years old!! Rainbow roofing did absolutely NO work and charged me £500 for it. This company had completely ripped me off, cowboys. How can they sleep at night!?
