We hired Krystal for a move in cleaning. When I booked the service, she said that there would be two people and that the cleaning would take about 3-4 hours. Only Krystal showed up and said the other person overslept. It took Krystal about 5 hours to get through most of the house, but we repeatedly had to point out areas that she missed or did not clean thoroughly. The areas that we pointed out were still not thoroughly cleaned. For example, the blinds and windows still had dust and dead bugs after she claimed that she cleaned those areas again. It seemed like she was rushing to get the job done. She was not able to clean the windows, pantry, garage, or patio, all of which she agreed to do. She said she would be back the following day to finish the work. The next day, she did not show up. When I called her she stated that her daughter was sick and asked if she could come the next day. She once again did not show up the following day. I tried calling several times but kept getting her voice mail. My wife tried calling and was able to get through, but Krystal hung up on her after she said who she was and blocked her number. This is completely unprofessional and we will be disputing the charge for the cleaning services since the work was not completed. STAY AWAY! read more
