We could not be happier! We have lived in our house over 30 years. There was a vinyl lined pool when we moved in. We have replaced the liner over the years but finding anyone to work on it has been impossible. We decided to replace it with a gunite liner. We got estimates from three companies, including elite pools. We were very impressed with Alex's knowledge and the manner in which he explained the process. Alex and the people he used were very professional and polite. We were very impressed with the way the work was done. They started with a demolition of the old liner. They then used rebar to frame in the new pool. They filled it with gunite . Alex directed us to a tile shop to select the coping and pool tile. He then brought by samples of the pebble that would be used to line the pool. They installed the tile and coping and then the pebble. Watching the process for the installation of the pebble was interesting. We had no idea what the process involved. Alex and his employees did a great job of cleaning up after they had completed each stage of the project. Alex was very easy to communicate with and kept us updated as things progressed. He even referred us to a pool company to help get the pool up and running when our normal pool service could not be reached. We felt that elite pool provided a good product for the cost. We would not hesitate to refer them to any friends or family.

I am so incredibly thankful to have found this company. My last contractor for my Pool had me waiting for two whole years. When I asked them to complete my pool or sue, they asked me for $20,000 and then disappeared. I was Devasted. I did not know what to do. I had already paid thay contractor a total of $60,000. I didnt trust anyone, Yet, I had a big hole in my backyard. I desperately contacted every pool company in my area to obtain a quote. Every single contractor tried to charge me twice as much as I had already paid even though the pool was halfway complete. Then i had alex come. His quote wasnt the cheapest but it also was not the most expensive. He immediately pointed out things that needed to be done. Pointed out flaws in my previous contractors work. After contacting 10 contractors, he was the only one that did that . Contractors that were cheaper We're kind of sketchy. They were telling me how they would cut corners, to save me money. Which did not sound right. I had already hired someone that tried to cut corners, I didn't want Another bad contractor. So I decided to hire Alex. He fixed all the defects from my previous contractors work. He was so meticulous and everything his company did. And most importantly, he was so kind and understanding. He understood I was already robbed, so he was patient when it came to payments. Sometimes even having to do the work and wait for weeks before receiving any payment at all. My pool looks so incredibly well made. I'm so thankful for him. I would 100 Recommend him to anyone wants to have a pool built. He knows his stuff!!

Alex was wonderful to work with. We had a huge project. We cut our pool in half, moved the pool equipment, leveled our pool decking, and replaced the entire inside of the pool. He was quick, efficient , and always answered our calls and texts immediately. He would check on the project multiple times a week and kept us in the loop. After interviewing 5 local pool builders, we decided to go with Alek and Elite Pools. What differentiated Elite vs. the other companies is that Alek, the owner/ builder came out and met with us. The other companies sent out salespersons or estimators. Alek was there in person from the beginning, middle and end. He was there during demo, gunite, tiling, finish coating and fill. This is our first home with a pool so we had a ton of questions on the process and Alek patiently and clearly explained each phase. He knew what our vision was and created it. Elite Pools are skilled craftsmen's that show pride in their work, they are very meticulous with the smallest details. If any issues arise, Alek will be there to resolve it and not make excuses. Issues and problems will always arise in construction, its how the contractor resolves it defines a good contractor vs a bad contractor and Alek is a GREAT contractor! Friends and family always say when they come over "it feels like we're in a resort", Alek and his team built our dream backyard oasis!

From Start to Finish, Elite Pools has been a wonderful company to work with. I reached out to Elite pools, because of their high rating on yelp, to get a bid on resurfacing and re tiling my pool. This is the third time I have used Yelp when looking for service and each time I have been thrilled with the highly rated companies I have picked. Elite pools came just as advertised. To start with, the owner of the company, who goes by Aleks, got back to me within about 15 minutes of my request for a quote. He told me he was on a job site but would stop by that evening and take a look at my project. He came by, took some measurements, made some great suggestions and then sent me a bid the next day. I had gotten one other bid which was comparable but the person did it over the phone which made me a little uncomfortable. Based on Aleks quick service and great bid, I decided to go with his company. As his company was booked six weeks out, my job didn't start immediately. That said, we kept in contact and when his guys started the project, I knew I hired the right people. All of his workers were super friendly and didn't need anything from me other than an open gate so they could come in and do the work. Aleks kept me updated on the project and from start to finish, they were done in 6 days. Since then, Aleks has stopped by a couple of times to check in on how I'm doing with adjusting all of the chemicals needed for my pool. Amazing Service! I highly recommend you consider Elite pools for any of your pool needs. My pool is 50 years old and now it looks better than when it was new.
