The Doctors and staff are fantastic and they have won awards for their incredible skills. The facility is clean, well equipped with a fun environment. They occasionally provide snacks to give us a burst of energy when needed. I remember a cold snowy day which was a state of emergency, but the roads seemed fine to me. I had a very lackluster visit as a first time patient. I called and made an appointment with Dr…read more Vincent S, but instead saw a Dr. Rob (I believe that's his name). I was not impressed by my treatment. I have been receiving chiropractic care for many years and this was a very mediocre experience. Dr. Rob talked more to me about my social life than about the reason I was there and treatment. The technology in the office is very outdated as well. Also, they didn't take x-rays, which was surprising considering it was the first time I was at their office. My treatment was as if he was going through the motions and not fully paying attention to my situation. Dr. Rob told me I should be coming there multiple times a week, to which I literally laughed out loud at considering I told him my pain was pretty much gone even before I came to the appointment. He also solicited me to tell my coworkers about their office (I work near their office)- I found this extremely tacky considering he barely paid attention to medically why I was there. Oh, and they only take cash. Very inconvenient and not customer friendly.
