Called and made an appointment to get some subwoofers added to my truck. First red flag when I…read morearrived another customer was chewing on the owner for poor quality of work performed by one of his employees. Owner told the guy he could not remedy the issue until next week, as they were fully booked up. 2nd red flag was the disgusting bathroom with a ton of trash in the floor because there was no trash can. I ignored the signs, and allowed them to do the work anyways. When I inspected the work I found that they put a new hole through my fire wall for the power wire to the amplifier, rather than using the harness grommet supplied by GM six inches away from new hole, and the fuse was just left hanging between the fender, and battery. When they reinstalled my pillar trim it was put back incorrectly causing a binding issue with the seat belt. They also had not provided the speaker grills I had requested, which they did correct, only for me to discover later they only used 4 of the 8 screws to install, and the screws used were too short to properly hold the grills, which over time came loose, and rattled (see pictures). The kUsTum box that they charged $400 dollars for is made out of 3/8" or 7/16" plywood, and only carpeted, on the front, top and sides very poorly. Bottom and back of box are just wood. My GM has an 8-10" wide hump in the floor, and rather than a box that fits, this box just sits on the hump, and has a large gap under both ends,(notice it floating In the picture with the tape measure). Also rather than using a proper wire connection for the speakers, they just drilled a hole through the back of the box to get the wiring from the amp to the subs. Tried reaching out, but they rarely answer the phone. Amateur quality at a premium price. Buyer beware.

They flushed the transmission. And told me to pick it up I asked is there any thing else you need to check prior to me picking it up. And Thomas told me "we don't fix anything unless you tell us what to fix, we don't go looking for issues" I'm like WTF... 5 days later and $500 blown in the wind my car stopped running again. He just but a Band-Aid on it. I had it hooked up to a car diagnostic scanner and it threw out 10 major codes... (Pressure control solenoid, control solenoid, torque converter, clutch pressure control solenoid, just to name a few) Guess what all leading to the damn transmission. I'm not a mechanic but even I know that you you can hook these vehicles up to diagnostic scanners and find out what the hell is going on. I would not recommend them to fix a toy wagon!!!

Parker answered all my questions about the unit in my initial walk through. The unit was priced fairly, it was pretty much brand new. They repaired a few minor things for me on it and the final walk through was very in depth, showing me how the camper worked and gave me the full run down so I felt comfortable. During the paperwork, there were no add ons and was no pressure for add ons. (offered but I didn't feel any pressure at all, they made it known there was no pressure for the extras). They also worked with my personal bank with no issue. They are a small business and every time I went they had multiple people they were helping, so keep in mind they do get busy and are working hard. I would work with them again for sure. We made the mistake of paying him before we even saw the vehicle. It appeared that he was very anxious to take our money before we even knew where the vehicle was. He would not refund our money and promised that he would fix everything. Several weeks passed, they called and said everything was ready to go and that everything on the list worked. We found when we got there that he had added more to the price and things still did not work. We left it for another month. They finally called and said it was ready and that everything was fixed. We got there and the price had changed again and it still did not work. So we left again and waited several more weeks. They called again and said it was ready. When we got there he wasn't there and the price had changed once more. Half of the things still did not work. We could not get a refund for the items not fixed. He would not give us the keys until we paid more money. He told us then that we didn't know what we were talking about and that in Texas the auto mechanic can do anything they want and you have no recourse. We were forced to leave and leave our motorhome there. He said he had a lawyer on standby at all times. We were told to take the mo9torhome and not bother him anymore and pay him more money. At this time he has the motorhome and will not give us any of our money back unless we give him more money. We started all of this so it would be fixed and we could sell it because we are elderly, living on social security only and we needed the money. He is the owner and his name is Corey Ebert.

I have a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 that was in a car accident back in November 2020. The car pulled out…read moreon me at a red light intersection causing significant damage. I contacted Jason, my mechanic advisor at Meador Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram who recommended Ken Ballard Lynn Smith Collision Center. Ken took over and was very reassuring that his team could repair the damages to my truck, but I wasn't so confident because of how it looked and especially once I saw the damages marked and all broken down into pieces. It was a very challenging project to get done but Ken kept me in the loop of the repair process the whole way. There were more damages found during the repair that I was informed of that could have easily classified the vehicle as being totaled by my insurance. Ken was steadfast that his team could do the job as they had done before for other customers, so I said to continue with the repairs. A couple months went by and by February 2021 Ken called saying that I could come by and pick up my truck. I was nervous when I saw the truck again and admit that I was skeptical that everything was put back together and painted right as if the accident never happened. I was amazed at how good the body & paint job looked and was very satisfied. The underside of the body, suspension, and frame damage was another concern, but Lynn Smith Collision Center offers a lifetime warranty on all of their work. I must say that so far I am very pleased over the extensive work and challenges that was done to my still very new like 2019 Ram 1500 truck. I waited to post a review to drive the truck for a couple of months to get a really good feel of how the truck drives and handles since the accident. Everything seems to be in order and the truck drives very well, so Ken Ballard I thank you and if you get to read this review, then please tell your repair team that they did a very good job getting me back rolling again.
