*SCAM* I scheduled an appointment for 1 pm for a 30 minute massage and cupping appointment. They asked if I wanted to pay ahead of time so I went ahead and payed. 30 minute massage was $50 and cupping was $20. I'm not upset about the pricing but the masseuse proceeded to exceed the 30 minute mark. The last thing I want to worry about while getting a massage is whether they are on staying on track of time. I even said thank you and tried to get up and she said we weren't finished yet. She finished my massage and cupping and on my way out pressed me asking for more money saying that I payed for an hour massage and no cupping. After complaining to my face while looking angry and arguing I felt forced to pay an additional $20 as she also asked for a tip. I ended up spending over $100 after being given services I didn't even ask for. Overall the massage was really good but the lady working at the time clearly scammed me out of $30+. The absolute worst massage of my life and so overpriced. The lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She basically rubbed cheap oil on me and dug her elbow into bone not muscle. I have a headache from the horrible experience and wasted 75 bucks and an hour of my life. I go regularly and see Emmy and called today and asked for her and the owner said ok then when I got there put me with Lena and when I told her it was the worst experience ever she told me Emmy moved. I was like well you could have told me that when I called and asked to have a massage with her. She didn't care at all that she basically lied to me and has people doing massages that have absolutely no clue what they are doing. read more

I just left here with my husband and I wish I could get my money back. To start I had made an appointment earlier in the day but when my husband and I showed up ON TIME, they acted as if we weren't supposed to be there. Second they put us in a room and left us lying on the table for 15 MINUTES. Didn't come in to tell us anything until I went out in the hallway half naked asking when someone would be in. The massage was ok, it wasn't very good she was very rough with me and rushed through like having to massage me was a burden to her. When they were finished the lady who was massaging my husband told him that for 90 minutes we really should tip them more..( let me preface this by saying we were forced to pay AND TIP prior to the massage) I tipped them 20% which I thought was very generous. Then as we were leaving they gave us the rudest look like they were expecting us to leave them more money and scoffed at us when we didn't. I have never been more offended we spent over $250 in this establishment, and I can't believe this is how they treat people. We will definitely not ever be back, save your money and spend it somewhere they will actually appreciate it!! read more

As a regular customer in Lakeland area, I have come to this clean Elite place almost everyday since May, 2022 and met new massage therapist who uses skillful techniques, gives soft touch, and excellent relaxation all times. Even she could do walking-on-my-back I've got to love ... Therefore, it seems to me that they are very busy so sometimes I didn't mind waiting ... . Waiting requires a lot of patience and patience is just part of relaxation, I guess. If every customer agrees with me, you can give it a try on this cleanest place in the Lakeland area and meet new therapist. I hope you guys enjoys as much as I did! read more
