Office help does not communicate with workers and no one seems to know what's going on there. The owner said he would stop by which never happened or did when we were not here... My yard and tree line looks horrible. Would never recommend this company. Seems out of the few reviews they have received the are all bad! very sad, poor work ethic and ownership.

We had American Leak Detection come out in 2021 to find a leak in our pool. They did a quick epoxy…read more(band-aid fix) and told us to fix it properly we would have to schedule a return trip. We called to schedule the actual repair and were told they were a few months out. American Leak Detection never called us back to schedule and never returned. We followed up in 2022 to get on the schedule to repair and never received a call back. In spring of 2023 they answered our call, came out and said we would need to pay for another leak detection that we already had back in 2021. Needless to say we are very dissatisfied with the lack of understanding and customer service to the hurdles we have endured for American Leak Detection to do their job that we have tried to schedule. It is not on us as customers to pay extra for their lack of organization in schedule when we requested multiple times to be place on their work schedule.
