In February Bobby Faulkner aka elite irrigation gave us an estimate for grading, installing a French drain system with pump and a retaining wall. After taking our $5,200 deposit he was very difficult to get ahold of. Once we finally got him out he digs the trenches and doesn't do any of the grading we agreed on because he redesigned it without asking. He then proceeded to install the wrong drains that we paid for. We paid for 5 12" and a 24". We got 4 9" and a 18". He also redesigned the way it pumps out. We agreed that it would drain into the old septic then get pumped out. After I called him out on these things he has never returned turned our yard into an obstacle course and our house has been completely ruined due to flooding due to his negligence. We have a court date set. And he has been served. He has also recently been arrested for taking money under false pretense from someone else. We will most likely be filing criminal charges now. read more

For several years now I have had a problem with flooding in my basement. Every time there was heavy rain, water would cascade in through the access window. After much research and attempts to find someone who could fix the problem, I came across Elite Irrigation and Drainage Systems. The reviews were very good and several people stated that this company could fix problems others couldn't. Bobby Faulkner came to my home to do a thorough assessment of the situation, and the next day I had a plan with a detailed estimate. He presented himself in a professional manner and inspired confidence with his honesty and extensive knowledge. I did have to wait several months before he could get to my project, but he explained this beforehand. He is a one-man operation, and he already had several jobs booked before mine. Also, the weather did not cooperate this spring, bringing an unusual amount of continuous heavy rainfall which left the ground saturated and much too wet to dig, and therefore, pushed all the projects behind schedule. However, Bobby kept me posted all along the way, so I was never worried that my job had fallen off the radar. He answered all my texts and returned my phone calls promptly. When he began my drainage project he discovered the problem immediately and realized he would not have to put in an entirely new drainage system, but rather, would only need to replace the existing damaged area. This was a pleasant surprise. He replaced the damaged drain pipe and thoroughly cleaned the rest of the drainage system, then tested everything to make sure it was draining properly. Additionally, while he was here, he adjusted and replaced some of my sprinkler heads, fixed the broken concrete around my basement window well, caulked around the basement window, and put down sod on a large bare spot of lawn. He adjusted the final cost of the project accordingly, which saved me a good sum of money. Bobby Faulkner always conducted himself in a professional manner. He was honest, forthcoming with information and gladly answered all my questions during the project. He was also very polite and interesting to talk with. Bobby was punctual, prepared, and hard working. Due to the location of my drainage pipes, he had to dig everything by hand, no small feat in Oklahoma's summer heat and humidity. At the completion of the job, Bobby also cleaned up everything on the job site and left it looking better than before. I have confidence that my basement will now stay dry with the next heavy rain. However, if there is a problem, Bobby also provides a 2-year warranty at no cost. I'm very thankful that I discovered Elite Irrigation and Drainage Systems. I commend Bobby Faulkner on his work ethic and professionalism. Sometime just being patient is important. I did not have any of those problems that are mentioned in previous reviews. However there were issues with the home warranty that carried my yard sprinkler contract. There was an unexpected passing with his family, that I UNDERSTOOD, and things does happen. Once those issues with the warranty people got resolved, which I did not mentioned he stood in the gap for me, I decided to work one on one with Bobbi and a plan was worked out that made both us happy. I do understand everyone is not assigned to everyone. However, once you make the connection, everything and anything that is for you will just flow and it did with Bobbi. I've been waiting for over a month for them to show up. When they do respond to texts they blame not showing up on their secretary and being out of state at a funeral. The owner then finally responds to a text, sets a date, AND STILL DOESN'T SHOW UP!! read more

Attempted to have this company give me a quote for a French drain install. They said they could be out the following day in the morning, no time just "tomorrow morning". Never showed and will not answer calls. Its understandable is they are busy or couldn't meet the timeline, just be professional and let your customers know. read more
