Nice private gym! Worth the money if you're trying to avoid an always crowded big gym like freedom…read more It's also great if you have gym intimidation or feel like people are watching you workout, never more than 10 people in here.

This company is horrible! After being a member and paying dues for over 4 years ( probably longer…read morethan 95% of the members), I had some health issues in the summer of 2019 which prevented me from going to the gym. Even though I did not take advantage of my membership for many months, I continued paying dues, hoping that I would be able to start back up with my workouts at some point. Then the pandemic hit at which time I realized that I probably wouldn't be going in anytime soon, so I went in to the gym and spoke to the manager at the time and told him I just wanted to cancel with the intention of perhaps starting up again when the pandemic subsided. Instead of honoring my cancellation request and being appreciative that I kept paying dues for the many months I never even came into the gym, they sent my account to a collection agency which is now showing on my credit report. Really? This is a sorry way to do business, especially to someone who faithfully paid dues for many years. Find another gym. This one sucks. Kelly Elliott

**DISCLAIMER** I was a potential client of this gym. I did not actually get a chance to try this…read moregym out or see how the trainers are. My review is based solely on my experience with initial tour and walkthrough of gym The first thing about this gym that makes me want to give it 1 star, was the deliberately misleading website. The website lists off all the services offered, pictures of the facility, testimonials from clients as well as before and after pictures of clients. That was it. No pricing, no mention of packages offered, no mention of contracts or fees. This really upsets me because i drove 30min out of my way to go to see this place and was hit with quite a few surprises. 1. Contract. I was not aware that there was a contract for this gym. Despite me being willing to pay cash up front, i was told no. Had to sign a contract. There were 3 options: 4mo, 6mo, 12mo. Prices on training and fees depended on the length of your contract. Which i absolutely DETEST. Its a clever thing businesses do to encourage clients to sign longer contracts. Which is not fair. I am prior service military, my husband is still serving. We are also in federal law enforcement and my husbands job specifically could at any point require us to move, so i really try not to sign contracts. Most contracts have addendums for military saying you can be let out of contract but it has been my experience that they use discretion for this type of thing and can make you jump through hoops and be very shady so i dont always trust this. 2. Fees I was on the fence about the contract. You can imagine my shock when i was told there was a $200 processing fee. WOW. $200 for what?! Granted, i was told that it would be waived due to me being military but for those that arent? Be prepared to PAY. I can see no reasonable justification for this exorbitant fee other than sheer Greed. I was looking into strength training 1-on-1 sessions 3x a week. Prices started from $75 a session (4mo contract) to $55 a session (12mo contract). Add on the hefty $200 fee. Money adds up for a regular client. Very expensive. This is all without knowing anything about the trainers or their capabilities or how trainers are assigned or if youll even like them. Pay for the sessions.. still would be out the fee. 3. SAVED BANK INFO/Auto draft This is really what was the dealbreaker to me. Any business that doesn't let you pay up front but instead requires you to give them bank/card info to auto-draft as they please? Run. Dont walk. Alarms were just blaring. Requiring clients to capitulate unconditionally to these things just showed a complete lack of flexibility on their part. Overall i gave them two stars because the facility looked decently clean. The equipment looked decent and the person i spoke to (Ovidio) was very respectful and was not pushy when i decided not to sign. Which i very much appreciate. Im just so disappointed because i feel i wasted my time due to lack of transparency on behalf of this business. I really wanted to train here but will have to sadly take my business elsewhere for the reasons i listed above.

I signed up for a 3 month "program" but yet I have to notify them a month ahead to stop charging me after the 3 months was over?! Warning! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY ‼‼
