I spoke with a manager and they said that they would not be refunding me the money. In the end I never got my money back and the negative credit was never removed. Despite multiple calls and emails requesting updates, I was met with silence--until I finally gave them a deadline, and only then did the owner call. Shockingly, they had done absolutely nothing. They didn't know how to read or summarize invoices from ABC Fitness--something basic for a collection agency--and never even asked. I had to explain it myself, and the response was, "But it's a lot of accounts to chase." Isn't collecting accounts the entire point of your business? If you don't want to work with someone, just be professional and say so. Time is money. Ignoring a client for months is unacceptable. This felt more like a group of friends pretending to run a business than a professional agency. They wasted my time and hurt my recovery efforts. I cannot recommend Nexum to anyone who values communication or results.
