I talked with him a little bit after he was done and he said he had been a detailer at Al Serra, which is where he learned to do the work, so this is more than a well meaning guy with a vacuum cleaner, he knows what he's doing. He took his time with my vehicle and did quality work, including making way more progress on some stains on the passenger seat than I had been able to make despite my many attempts.
