Timothy did an AMAZING job with my car, and I couldn't be happier with it!…read moreI originally had to get my car cleaned because when I was taking my car to the vet, he ended up peeing on my passenger side seat and carpet out of nervousness. I asked multiple businesses about their pricing, and EcoPal was the best -- some places wanted to charge almost triple Timothy's price and others gave me the same estimate Timothy did but just for the one seat. Timothy went above and beyond, deep cleaning my entire car and even doing extra services like sanitizing all of its surfaces. I've already recommended EcoPal to my friends and family! It's also great that EcoPal comes to you, so you can stay in your home while they clean your car. I was so happy with my service that I included a 50% tip. And the total was still cheaper than some of the more expensive estimates I was given by other places. I couldn't recommend EcoPal more !!

I called and scheduled a Saturday for a wash and wax and Keith arrived on time. He finished in no time and was able to get all the scratches out [thank God!] I was in need of a wash and contacted Keith once again. Danny came out this morning and did an exceptional job inside and out and was done in less than 45 mins. Best part- no scratches! I will continually use Perfect Finish Mobile Detail for my car needs and I recommend them for all of your car needs too!

15/10 experience!!! I cannot recommend Jay's Car Care enough! We had Jay detail both my Mazda CX-5…read moreand my husband's Tahoe ahead of welcoming our first child, and the results beyond exceeded our expectations. Both cars are 2016 models, and they genuinely look brand new again. Jay's attention to detail is incredible. He shampooed the carpets, cleaned literally every inch of the interiors, and went above and beyond in every part of the job. On my husband's car, he was even able to help eliminate the residual cigarette smell left behind by the previous owner, which made such a huge difference. Beyond the quality of his work, Jay's work ethic really stands out. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just getting it done. He goes the extra mile, and it shows. On top of all that, Jay is just a wonderful person. Having our cars feel this clean, fresh, and practically new before bringing our baby home gave us such peace of mind. We're so grateful and will absolutely be recommending Jay's Car Care to literally everyone we know!

I came in and purchased the highest detailing package, which was supposed to leave my car in…read moreshowroom condition within two hours. After two hours passed, I was told it wasn't ready and that they needed two more. Two hours later, I called again and was told it would take one more hour. After waiting a total of five hours, I finally picked up my car -- only to find it looked almost exactly the same as when I dropped it off, maybe even a bit worse. There were still fingerprints on the screen, hair in the cup holders, dust on the rear windows, and the engine bay hadn't been touched. I also noticed the engine was warm, and the mileage had gone down by about 10 miles, which is extremely concerning for a detailing service. On top of that, there was a new odd mark on the hood that wasn't there before. When I asked about a discount due to all of this, they declined and still charged me $200. I later followed up with a text and was just left on read, with no explanation or apology. Between the wasted time, questionable handling of my car, lack of professionalism, and poor results, I absolutely would not recommend this place.
