Don't look any further MOR! Dr. Mor has been my angel from the minute I met him. I felt how caring, kind, gentle, humble, passionate and professional he is. After 2 unexplained miscarriages with my previous doctor and 2 surgeries within a few months I was just broken. I was lost and felt like having a baby will never happen for me. Till I met with Dr. Mor, he did all the necessary testing and boom found out that I had a slight problem and need extra medication. The rating is for office staff communication. The doctor is likable, but the communication is a deal killer at this clinic. You have to message them through an outdated portal and potentially wait two days for a response if you're lucky enough to get one. I inquired about insurance a week ago. It took them a week to even offer a consultation. One could infer that this clinic does not want people who have only insurance from their lack of caring about responding in a timely fashion. And I'm an existing patient. Never received information about donor embryos like the doctor said I would be sent. And I was given the runaround when I wanted to ship an embryo from another clinic. I was given written instructions for protocols. And had to sign paper copies of consents. This clinic just needs to update its processes and its tech. I dealt with other clinics that did everything by email or through a portal. And charging $895 for embryo glue is just outrageous when you look at what other clinics are charging. Just extremely disappointing. Terrible response turnaround that is not worth the stress when you already have plenty during this process. You can be a great doctor all day long, but when your clinic is poorly run, it's a deal killer. read more
