The people and neighbors are great. Be aware if you rent from Hawaii Kai Properties/Janet!!We rented a condo for 15 moths and when we moved in doors/blinds were broken and the place was basically dirty. My mistake was not completing the move in checklist and taking pictures of all the damage. I paid my rent on the 1st of the month faithfully for 15 months. We recently just moved out and followed all the guidelines of the move-out process. We even brought in the current manager to observe what we cleaned and rented a carpet cleaning machine from Home Depot to clean the carpets. This was obviously a GIANT WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. The landlord Janet charged us for cleaning, repairs, and carpet cleaning!! Believe me the condo was cleaner when we moved out from when we moved in.
