The bid was prompt and competitive, the few changes we asked for along the way were priced very fairly, and the job finished ahead of schedule. They took real care with our property, carefully protecting the deck and windows, and their cleanup, both daily and at the end, was immaculate. I had waited too long since the last time the house was painted, and it now looks dramatically better. We highly recommend A and F All Bay Painting and would hire Cesar again without hesitation.

I called a few different places, and ended up hiring Donald because he seemed to have a clear idea of the job and how long it would take him to finish. The price quoted was more than reasonable for what was done. He came by yesterday to see the work in person, and he got the codes for my custom paint color so he could bring it with him. He completed the job today just as I was getting home from work. My wall looks great!! The color and texture match perfectly. I would absolutely hire Donald again if/when need arises.

My wife and I had a difficult problem with wood rot in our bathroom that we had to address, and man were we glad to have RJ to help. He has serious real estate expertise and gave us solid recommendations to improve the way we initially thought about remodeling our space. He also walked us through every step of the way so we could learn more about the nuances of our house so we could take better care of things in the future. Our previous homeowners had taken a lot of shortcuts which had to get addressed, but luckily RJ had the experience to spot and fix them quickly. Aside from that, RJ is just a cool dude with great subcontractors that do damn good work. Don't sleep on an opportunity to work with him!

We contacted Angelisse on the recommendation of our designer, Carlene Anderson. We found ourselves…read morein a bit of a time bind: our bathroom vanity was to be installed before the drywall was sanded/painted unless we could get a color chosen by the next day. Could we find anyone willing to come out to the house on 1 days' notice, during a pandemic, help us choose bathroom wall color, and while they're at it, heck, just give us a color palette that works for the whole first floor of the house? Voila, Angelisse. When I called late on a Thursday, I spoke to Erin, the Office Mgr. who initially offered a Tuesday appt (impressive in itself.) I explained our time-dilemma, hoping we could get a consultation the next day, and thinking "no way is this going to happen." Erin listened thoughtfully, and asked if she could put me on hold a moment. She came back on the line with, "since you're a client of Carlene's, how would tomorrow at 10am work?" Wow! Angelisse spent an extremely productive 75 minutes in our home the next morning. She was able to take in the design scheme of our mid-century modern home, our style, furnishings, existing finishes, etc, (not easy to do with protective plastic sheeting everywhere!), take into account our wooded setting & outdoor space and come up with a cohesive plan that will work beautifully. She left us with a detailed written color schematic and large 8x10 color samples in our preferred line, Sherwin Williams. Her approach is focused, practiced, professional, intuitive. Can't recommend her highly enough.

I needed to have the window screens replaced at my rental property in Oakland, and my property…read moremanager's contractor quoted me an exorbitant amount for just two windows. I decided to put out a bid on Yelp and received five responses. Stanislav stood out right away because he was transparent about pricing. He gave me a ballpark estimate upfront for the different scenarios I was considering: replacing just the two windows, replacing all the window screens, and replacing the patio screen door. That transparency and straightforward communication were what made me choose him. With my busy schedule, it was difficult for me to meet with Stanislav in person. Everything was coordinated through text messages, phone calls, and photos, so there was a lot of trust involved. Stanislav completely came through. The condo presented some unforeseen challenges, but Stanislav handled them without any problems. He completed the work on schedule, provided great service, and there were no issues or surprise costs. He did an excellent job, and the entire project was completed without us ever needing to meet in person. I really appreciated his professionalism, communication, transparency, and reliability. I would definitely recommend Stanislav to anyone looking for quality screen work.
