No question has ever been off limits even if it was about something outside of his pervue. I first started to see Dr. Stinneford for a preexisting ulcer. He has always stayed on top of my medical situation and when I was going through a hard time he tried to get me some samples of my medicines when I needed them. He has been very understanding and empathetic when I have needed tests and two surgeries. He has always returned my phone calls often into the evening after his appointments or after his days doing procedures at the hospital. I often tease him that if he ever gets tired being a gastroenterologist he can be my PCP any day. Dr. Stinneford is very personable and has a great sense of humor! He is in his 50's, is married and has a couple of grown kids. If he ever moves, I am too!

I was upset as I had taken off work to make this appointment...but okay no big deal lets reschedule. I get there today for my 3:45 appointment I arrive upstairs at 3:40. The young lady is checking in another patient. When I reach the desk to check in I'm told I'm late it's 3:49pm she's got to call the back and see if they can still take me. Looking at my phone it's now 3:51pm. she calls the back about 4 times...she then walked to the back...I was told they could still see me but after the last appointment for the day since that person was already checked in (probably the person she was checking in as I waited). So was your last patient scheduled for 4pm meaning I would have only had 15 minutes with the doctor? 1. I wasn't late 2.no grace.. While the receptionist was seemingly nice this is not how I expected to be treated. I decided to just leave. This was a sign I guess to go with a different medical group. I can't speak to my experience with Dr Liam as I never had an opportunity to meet him or be treated by him.

I have had SO many problems with my teeth over the years…read more I've seen many dentists due to insurance plans changing, moving, etc. But I will ALWAYS come back to Dr. Kane and Shanley. They offer great service, and have the most poliet staff I have ever seen in any kind of doctor's office! On my last visit I decided to come to see them even though I live over 45 minutes away now. TOTALLY worth it. They don't over charge, and they do great work! I never leave feeling a lot of pain or have to go back to get something re-done. I've had so much bad luck at other places, I don't want to risk it ever again!

Only downside for me is the cost of care for tests, or things not covered by insurance. (Check out alternative places, like Bright Light Imaging for CT Scans or imaging). The halls and main spaces are kept clean and in order. I especially appreciate the staff in the Breast Care Center. They are very caring individuals. I also find it is a perk to have a nice Starbuck's in the lobby here too, so you can treat yourself to a hot or iced beverage after an appointment. My visit was to the lab. I didn't know where to go so, when I entered the building and saw the information desk, I asked. I was pointed to another desk just a little further into the building. When I got to the lab test, they greeted me pleasantly and I gave them the lab orders. They immediately took me back and ran the tests. I had the results from one test that afternoon, and the other required a few days so expect to hear about it next week. They were fast, pleasant, and I thought the quality of service was very good.
