Inside seating is adequate, and there are some tables with access to outlets. Staff has always been friendly. Music selection is usually really good! The downside is the parking, there is a decent amount of street parking, especially compared to Haywood Road more west of here. I've never had a problem getting a spot during morning/early afternoon on any day of the week.
