After being injured for the second time in a row training for a marathon, I wanted guidance as to…read morehow to heal and what I should correct to prevent injuries from reoccurring. I wanted a PT who had plenty of experience treating runners and my friend recommended Derek. My initial appointment was great! Derek gave me all the information I needed to ease back into running. He followed up via email to check in on my progress and to offer more advice on how to recover. When I was able to run again, I booked his monthly tune-up plan to help correct some gait/stride issues. I am now much more aware of my running technique and the importance of incorporating various conditioning and maintenance exercises in training in order to perform your best. I am confident I will make a stronger, better return to running thanks to Derek's guidance. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking to improve their athletic performance or to recover from injury.
