Bone marrow tacos
Jiselle T.

The service and food here were amazing! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We started off with cocktails that they made at our table. We ordered 1. Ribs 2. Fish 3. Bone marrow tacos 4. Mashed potatoes Would recommend all of them, they were all really good!

ELENA was our favorite meal from the weekend in Valle de Guadalupe, 5 stars for food and wonderful service!! . This is a special occasion type of restaurant- with lots of birthdays and friends gatherings going on when we visited. We enjoyed the pulpo, grilled veggies and grilled sirloin, paired with a nice bottle of wine from a local winery. To finish the meal, the golden velvet cake is a must in all its layered flavor and sparkling goodness. This restaurant was recommended from our Airbnb host (herself a former local restauranteur).. we are so glad to have stopped here as it was a great dinner from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Excelente lugar para cenar o comer rico. El servicio es estupendo y tratan de estar al tanto de todo. La comida es fresca, moderna y le dan su propio twist. El pan de cortesía es delicioso. Totalmente recomendado.

5 lb fresh caught this morning, tuna collar.

Ummmmmm wow. We have been to Animalon and Fauna, and this was some of the best food we have ever eaten in the valley or anywhere else in the world. Immediately we were served better brioche than in Lyon. The server is amazing and when we gave our order, they offered us a special instead. The chef caught a 90 lb tuna that morning and they served us the entire collar. It was hands down the best fish dish I've ever had. I don't have the words. Magical? Pure joy? The sauce was rich and tangy with explosions of umami. The chef trained at a famous Japanese restaurant in Mexico City and loves to fuse his two favorite cuisines. For desert, if you're a fan of the best cream cheese frosting and cake of all time, get the golden velvet cake. I'm not even a cake guy, but I had to eat the entire cake. There is just no way to let any of it go to waste. DO NOT SKIP THIS PLACE. We are coming back every time we visit the valley. Just unreal. 20 stars. 100 stars. Every star ever.

Absolutely gorgeous

My first impression was "eye opening gorgeous". This restaurant is so beautiful with high ceilings and eclectically mesmerizing in a very positive way. The center chandelier is classy and impressive. The giant painting of horses playing adds a sense of movement and elegance to the dining room. The service is on the edge for a Michelin recognition. The chef, Adrian Gasca, is a young man with restaurant pedigree. He was graceful and informative and also kind and patient. He took time and sincere pleasure in describing each plate that was served. I met three of the owners, all were polite and enthusiastic but the one that really impressed me was Jorge. He was well groomed in all aspects of his demeanor. The abalone dish was fresh and clean with pleasing flavors for any palate. The breaded oyster was an explosion of flavors and easy to eat. The bone marrow with refried beans was a very interesting combination, The dessert was literally on fire. When the flames settled, we were left with a delicious mushroom shaped petite tart-like cake. The wine list is wonderful with a digital list and description of local wines and top of the world selections. Can this be the best restaurant in Valle de Guadalupe? I will leave it up to you to decide. I cant wait for my next visit. Bon appetite!

Best food we've had in Valle Guadalupe since we got here!! The Beef Filet with Mushrooms & Beef Tartare prepared table side were top notch, better than I've had in the US! They also brought us a pair of ceviches from the Oyster Bar outside called Bakkus which were so delicious and unique. The wine by the glass & service was also outstanding. To top it all off we had their chocolate & mouse cake which was big enough to feed all six of us! I highly recommend this place; just saw it driving back to our hotel & went in on a whim. Will definitely come back next time we're in town!

Quickly yelped a place to eat that was nearby and Chamuyo popped up. My husband and I stopped in,…read morewe did not need a reservation - this was a Saturday evening over Memorial Day weekend. We were greeted immediately and offered indoor or outdoor seating. We opted to eat outdoors. A tiny regret as smoking is allowed and people were smoking. But they soon left so not too much of a bother. We started by ordering drinks - they have a full bar. My husband ordered a double tequila & I ordered a Paloma. Not too strong or too weak, just perfectly prepared. My husband ordered the Chamuyo Shrimp U10, and I ordered the Rib Eye Center Cut Steak- medium well. Both came with a side of the criolla salad. The food, ambiance, and service was great. There was also about 30 minutes of live music by a duo performing son jarocho. Not sure if that's the proper phrasing but it was a nice treat. I'm not sure if they are regular performers or they just happened to be there that day. Overall a great dining experience to celebrate our 10 year anniversary.

Wow! After reading the Yelp reviews I was a bit concerned because they varied. Well let me start…read moreoff by saying the location is amazing! You drive down a dirt road then suddenly you hit the entrance to a beautiful wine vineyard. The actual restaurant is rustic and has a beautiful view of the valley. We started off with a tomatoes, cheese and basil salad followed by bone marrow with grilled octopus. Both were delicious! Then we had a clams with a tomato based sauce which had a little kick of spice! Boom! Amazing! Stuffed but eager to try more, we had the cheese fondue (my favorite) followed by spicy and sweet ribs. Our stomachs full, we made room for the rib eye steak which was cooked perfectly and qual with black berry sauce mashed sweet potatoes. Amazing experience with a great staff! We will be back! It's worth the drive and the price!

A Michelin rated restaurant boasting a beautiful and elegant dining space with a deep trove of…read moreexcellent wines. Located just down the road from the El Cielo resort, Latitud 32 hosts a tremendous tasting menu alongside a deep wine pairing menu meticulously crafted to elevating your dining experience. For larger parties, you may need to make a reservation but once you've arrived, the staff will greet you and seat you appropriately. Their silverware is extensive and covers every portion of the meal from the light starter bites to the more hearty mains. And should you be participating in the wine pairing, you'll be enamored with the many wine glasses encompassing your space. The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable in the wines that were curated for this meal and the head chef was fantastic in describing each dish, the ingredients that went into making it, and the significance of them with respect to the local community and culture. They communicated in English for us non-Spanish speaking folks and it was greatly appreciated for us to understand what we were eating and the effort put into crafting it. All the dishes were presented beautifully and consisted of a lot of fresh produce and locally sourced items. Each bite gave you a taste of Mexico, specifically, the Yucatán. I especially liked the seafood, representing its proximity to the ocean. The wines were exquisite; the whites were crisp and refreshing, rosés were exuberant, the reds were rich and bold, and the bubblies were popping with gas and flavor. They all paired nicely to add deeper undertones to the flavors captured in their complementary dishes. The meal ended with a fantastic crescendo of flavors from their "not so poor knight", a play on the moniker used by the Norwegian for their delicious French toast dish. The edam cheese added some savory notes and the cream settled it all with the fresh fruit atop. The soft center yet crispy exterior was a splendid blend of textures. With all the liquids, it was inevitable to visit the restroom which is located in the gift shop next door. Here you'll find ground local roasted coffee and other souvenirs to consider bringing back home. Overall, Latitud 32 lives up to the expectations of a Michelin rated eatery with its bold flavors and creatively designed dishes. The presentation was fantastic and the wines are an exceptional, and dare I say required, part of the dining experience. The price tag is obviously high, but expect quality and care here. Each tasting menu should have enough food to fill you up but for those simply looking to stuff up, this may not be suitable for you. Attracting those with expansive palates and adventurous senses, Latitud 32 will ensure your dining experience is one that you'll enjoy, reminisce, and share.

The oysters were fresh and very clean tasting. Not super briny or anything. Definitely a mouthful though. The clam chowder was amazing. I wish I took a picture of it. I remembered when I was already halfway through. The chowder had minced bits of clams so it was definitely clam forward. Delicious if you like clams. Had a thick consistency which I like from a chowder. For the main dish, got the fish of the day. I unfortunately can't remember the actual fish but it was described to us as very similar tasting to seabass. It definitely was. Just a more meaty version of seabass. Nicely seasoned. It was over a bed if carrots which was also a nice touch. For dessert, got the Malva Pudin. If you like sponge cakes or bread pudding, you'll like this dessert. Has a similar texture. Goes perfectly with the ice cream. Big enough for 2 people. Service was great. Loved our waiter. He was helpful with our wine choices and was attentive to ask for seconds which was greatly appreciated. Would come again.
