I got the best deep tissue massage of my life here. As a woman, I typically gravitate toward female massage therapists. However, Chris was very professional, kind, and made me feel very safe. He listened to my concerns and helped me work out some kinks. 11/10 read more

My husband bought me a gift card for our anniversary, and when I went to call to make the appointment, I noticed they wrote the wrong expiration date on it. I went in to book my appointment, and they corrected the error immediately and got me booked with Stacey. My massage was wonderful. I had the 90-minute massage, and I told Stacey I didn't like deep massages, and she listened. So many times I tell people that and they still massage too hard. This is not a spa, just a nice quiet, clean place to get a great massage. read more

Got my husband a massage for Christmas! We loved the experience and prices! Very knowledgeable employees who adjust to your needs. Gave 4 stars due to their not being an option for "Couples Massage" on the website. I ordered 2 individual massages and they set the room up with 2 massage tables, per request. Recommend!! read more

My boyfriend misheard, so he got me a gift card for this place instead of Elevate Massage. And we couldn't get a refund, so I took my chance here. Due to the low ratings, I was skeptical, but surprisingly, I had a good experience. The front desk did lack customer service. Lamia was my therapist. She was right on schedule and also very kind and professional. The massage was great, better than the higher-end massage place I've been to. I get ticklish on my feet, but she found a way to lessen it. I'm unsure if they gave me a new client special, but when I paid, it was only $65 and not $95 per hour, so I still have a balance on the card--looking forward to my next visit. read more

Arrived early for a pre booked appointment, the gentleman at the front desk was rude and assumed I was a walk-in. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment at 1pm, no biggie I was early. While waiting two therapists came out complaining about customers, being ready to leave, etc. I completely understand, but time and place. Finally at 1:05, the front desk attendant informed me my therapist had the flu and there was nothing he could do. - it's flu season, I hope she gets better soon but the rest of the staff definitely needs a professionalism course. Left more tense than I arrived. read more

Y'all let me tell you, my husband and I just left and I'm on cloud 9! Typically when I get a massage I like something a little gentle because I know if I get what I "need" it's gonna hurt but this time I just knew I NEEDED a massage. I was a little disappointed to find out it wasn't going to be a male masseuse because I was worried about pressure, but Courtney today was all I needed and more! She focused on my problem areas so well I almost cried (in a good way! Lol) She helped explain some at home/after care as well. My husband really enjoyed his massage with Tina as well he said it's the best pressure he's probably ever had! We'll definitely be back!! read more

Julianna did my massage. She was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. The front desk was also friendly and helpful at helping me pick an essential oil for my massage. Room was freezing and she moved/paced rather quickly which came across rough. Not that her pressure was too hard but rather she seemed to struggle with timing which made it hard for me relax. I ended up bruised on my arm. Last note is, there was no paperwork to feel out. Not online or in person. Nothing to say if you have problem areas or areas to avoid. This was new for me.. this was only my 3-4 massage but every other place I've gone they always have you complete intake so they can get to you know better. read more

What a wonderful way to start the New Year with a therapeutic body massage. My daughter-in-law surprised me with a gift to Elements for a 1-hour massage. I had a deep Swedish massage that relieved my muscle tension and very relaxing. My massage was great and looking forward to my next visit. read more

Elements Massage - Massage Near Me - Warr Acres, Oklahoma

I joined Elements over a year ago and had OK massages and then stopped going. I realized I had several free massages so I decided to use them up before I canceled my membership. I made an appointment and was lucky enough to get Camille as a therapist. I have no idea how to explain her style, she just can read your body and know. I have had pain in my knee for years and she has been able to remove the pain from my knee and my back that is always a hot mess. I have gone several times to her and I just get feeling better and better - so much less pain that I just asssumed we lived with everyday. Needless to say I have not canceled my membership yet..... I highly recommend using Camille - she is amazing! read more

I initially had a great prenatal massage from Stacy that prompted me to sign up for the subscription. After I had my baby, I couldn't do monthly massages anymore. I cancelled my membership and they failed to let me know this would cause my 4 massages that I already paid for to expire. I was then told by the owner that I could pay the $30/massage difference to still redeem those massages. Now that I've tried to book a massage, they changed their minds, stole the $380 I already paid, and said I would still have to pay $125 if I wanted to book a massage. While the front staff and massage therapists are nice, this place is a scam. Definitely don't do the subscription bc they will steal your money. read more

This massage location was not as clean as expected along with their precautions taking out all of the bed warmers. The room was freezing during the 60 minute massage which made it less pleasant. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The front desk help might as well not even work. Don't even get me started on their booking process. Don't book online only call to schedule. Multiple times this has happened I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

We have now had more than one occasion where our booking hasn't been tracked. It's very disruptive to book something then go in and they say nothing they can do about it. I greeted the guy when I walked in, I asked about our appointment, and then he proceeds to not be helpful at all. Zero customer service. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Best massage of my life, besides the massages I get on the beach but I mean that's just atmosphere, can't get that in Oklahoma! Chris was absolutely amazing, paying so much detail into the areas I had talked to him about! HE even did stretching exercises on my hip, which was needed sooo bad and I didn't even realize it! Thank you so much Chris, I will definitely be returning! read more

My mom has a monthly membership to Elements Massage, so she gave me one of her passes, and we both got massages. The masseuse listened to the areas I wanted worked on and then actually applied the amount of pressure I wanted. I've often had trouble with other masseuses not being able to do a deep tissue massage or saying they will but then not applying much pressure at all. This was not the case with her. I felt great the next day. This business would definitely get five stars, but they didn't have any change when we went to pay, so that made the transaction more awkward than I would have liked. It seems weird for a business to not have any change. Other than that, I highly recommend! read more

I have had. Consistently good experiences here and have been a paying member for a very long time. It is clean. It is safe. It is professional. I would send the most skittish person here for a first massage. The most important thing, in my opinion, is that you communicate with your therapist as you go. They can vary both pressure and touch to make it helpful rather than hurtful. Enjoy. read more

I really appreciate finding Elements Theapeutic Massage!! I have some old Army injuries that cause me a lot of pain. I am new to the OKC area and was on the hunt for a GOOD massage. I needed it today. I needed relief!! I called a few places and nobody was able to get me in. Then I called Elements. They had an opening at 1 for a 55 minute massage. Also since I was a first time client I got my massage for only $49! I was a little hesitant when I arrived to see that it's a "club" massage place. You know where you pay a monthly membership. I have never had good experiences with these kinds of establishments. But, I am glad I stayed!!! Elise listened to my concerns and went to work. She was amazing! I walked out feelings SO SO much better. Her technique was unique and effective. The place was clean and the service was great. There was no high sales pressure to buy into their club, they just asked if I wanted more info on it. I will be back! read more

There's nothing wrong with Elements, but it's not amazing either. For us, it is close-to-home, which is really nice for something that's so hard to make time for. We can leave five minutes before a massage and still make it in time. My husband bought a monthly package, which gets him an hour-long massage once a month for $55. I can also add my own for $45 after that. The massages roll over if you don't use them, and I can use his if he ends up with extras. We can always get in, even when we schedule a day or two before for a weekend massage or sometimes same day for a weekday massage, which works well for us since our schedules are somewhat flexible. So all of that is great, and the place seems very clean and well-kept. Here's what's not over-the-top awesome. They seem to have a lot of turnover, which makes sense, because if you could have your own practice or work in a more upscale salon or spa, why wouldn't you do that? So I assume folks that get very good go on to nicer digs where they can make more money and establish a clientele. The people who have worked on me were good, but it's a bit hard to not be able to find someone you like and expect them to stick around. Again, good for them if they've moved on to a better setup for them! As far as massages go, if the best I've ever had was a 10, this would probably be a 5-6. But, points for convenience and ease of scheduling make it more user-friendly than trying to get in with an in-demand therapist who is across town, via traffic, stressful parking, etc. This is so easy and when I leave, I'm so close to home, I don't lose all my relaxation by the time I get home. read more

Kristin was great. Very nice, used great pressure. Place was very clean. Will go back! Wife did 80 minute massage with Miguel. She said it was very good. Focused on all areas she mentioned was causing pain. Did deep tissue. Very relaxing! read more

Overall a terrible experience from beginning to end. Firstly, I did reach out to the company with this and asked the owner to contact me. I didn't want to air dirty laundry, but no one has contacted me. Secondly, I recently moved here from San Antonio and am very familiar with the Elements Massage name and am incredibly disappointed that a franchise would want to associate themselves with this establishment. It really damages their professionalism. When you walk into a place to get a massage, you would expect a tranquil environment that would invite relaxation before your service. When I walked in last Saturday morning, a couple occupied the couch and were sitting in front of boxes of carryout breakfast. On top of that, the couple and the receptionist were conversing extremely loud. Not tranquil in the least. My time with the therapist was also incredibly unprofessional. He informed me that massage therapy was his "hobby." I don't have a problem with that, however I do when I go to an establishment that at their other locations hold that professionalism to the highest level. My regular therapist in San Antonio took such pride in his position and was constantly wanting to learn more. I don't appreciate paying the same amount I did for him as I did for the gentleman who it was obvious that this wasn't his passion. My therapist also made me super uncomfortable by saying "I hope your husband isn't a jealous man." Excuse me? He goes on to say that a lot of women are uncomfortable with being in the same room as a male therapist and continued to tell me horror stories. My therapist was also very much an amateur with draping. There were multiple times that intimate parts of my body were fully exposed. If that wasn't enough, I arrived on time, was taken back 10 minutes late, and the massage ended 10 minutes early. I paid for a 90 minute massage and received just over an hour. I did not tip. I am incredibly upset with this experience. read more

Decided to give a massage a try here in OKC after neglecting a lot of back and neck pain. Did a yelp search for places near me that had some photos and found this place. Super friendly staff, lots of parking, clean building. I did call ahead to see if they were taking walk ins and they were which was ideal. I got a one hour upper body massage from Sarah and it was awesome! It was refreshing for someone to actually use a lot of pressure and talk with me after about my troubled areas. FYI, first timers get $20 off and make sure you go 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. They also have an intriguing monthly program that saves you $30. read more

I just had my first professional massage here. The environment was really relaxing and quiet. My massage therapist Tricia was really great, she asked me exactly what I was hoping to get out of the session, and checked in with me periodically to make sure I was comfortable. The massage was really wonderful. My only complaint is with the receptionists. From the moment I walked in they were trying to sell me a membership. It sounds like a great deal, but they were just too pushy. Even when I walked out, the first thing out of her mouth was "so, are we going to sign up for the membership?". Honestly, I was going to until she said that-- just trying way to hard to be sales people. read more

I called to book a couples massage. I thought everything was good however, when I showed up I was told my apt time was for a time when I was at work. I was told I was scheduled for a time that I asked for however I know for a fact that I did not ask for that time. I was also charged for the missed apt. Good luck with this company. read more

This place is ok, but I've had way better massages in nicer places. My husband gave me a prenatal massage as a gift and I had never had one before, but expected the prenatal table not to just lay on my side. Either way it would have been nice to get my whole body instead of just my back. They took some time to get me back and the therapist was very nice once she did. The massage was mediocre and ended very fast. There was no clock in the room but I looked at my phone and the massage was definitely under an hour (which it was supposed to be). Sadly I didn't voice my opinions cause my husband had already paid and tipped, but I will not go here again. Also I am one to judge a place by its bathrooms and theirs was not the best, but not terrible. The whole place looked a little low budget. read more

I was a member where I got 2 hour massages once a week. I ended up canceling my account and had to pay for one more session, so I did. When I made my appointment, I asked for ONE HOUR massage so when I went in, I was scheduled for that BUT only got a 50 MIN massage. When I went up to the counter she said, "you're only allowed 2 hour massages." (then why did she schedule me for that?) I said, "Can I got ahead and go back in there for one more hour?" She said, "No, we're all booked up. You have two options. #1 pay for a 2hr massage for that 50min massage you got or #2 pay for the massage and keep my 2 hr massage credit for another time." We made an agreement where I pay for the 1 hour and keep the rest of my credit for another time but had to hassle them for my money back. OH AND I STILL TIPPED HER GOOD. I CAME HERE TO RELAX BUT WORST EXPERIENCE EVER read more

Love coming here to relax & get any aches & pains worked out. Rachel is awesome by the way! Not only is she very good at the massage, but she is very friendly and personable. We signed up for the membership beacause my husband & I both prefer Elements ovet any of the other places we've tried. Can't wait for my next massage. I just hope next time I come the water feature is working in the lobby. It would be very serene and relaxing while we're waiting on our masseuse. read more

Love the massages at this location. I am a monthly member and have enjoyed massages that were deep and really helped my back pain. I love the monthly program, and when I can't take advantage of it my husband can go in my place. It is a very clean facility and the front desk is always polite and accommodating. read more

The place is nice but I was expecting more for what I paid. The massage therapist forgot I'd spent the extra money to use essential oils so had to stop midway through to go get that. And there is a very limited selection of oils to choose from. Only 3. My hour Long massage was more like 50 minutes because they book clients back-to-back so I was definitely left wanting more. There are still a few kinks left that are now extremely noticeable compared to the rest of my back. I was expecting more and was pretty disappointed. read more

We had a 2 hour package. I called to cancel but said I had to pay for 1 more session. I was ok with this. For my last one, I asked for an 1 hour massage. She went ahead and scheduled me for it. When i went in for the 1 hour, I only got a 50 min and I'm sure bc i looked at the time. When I went to the counter, she said I should've gotten a 2 hour massage bc that is what is on my account. I asked if i could go back in for another hour and she said no bc they're booked. She said, "you have 2 options. #1 pay for a 2 hr massage even though you got 50min or #2 pay for the 1 hr and still have the 2 hr credit on my account." Thats why I came in. TO USE THAT CREDIT We ended up on an agreement where i pay for the 1 hour and get the rest of my money as credit on my account after I had to hassle them for awhile. AND I STILL TIPPED THE GIRL. I shouldn't have. I CAME IN TO RELAX not to come in and feel worse than I did. read more

Management is not helpful. Really expected more for a customer who has spent hundreds at your chain. Persuaded to buy another discounted massage to find out I can not use it. Not real high on ambience, but lack of that is outweighed by cleanliness and the very friendly and professional staff. Had an excellent massage from Monica. Excellent value. read more

BEWARE to those trying to purchase massages in packages at Elements Massage. They will EXPIRE and they will not even communicate with you when you ask the manager to call you back your call will not be returned. When you go for a therapudic massage most people are going because they are in pain. The front desk clerk is not professional and didn't even want to sell me the Christmas packages that were advertised to the members via email even when I read it to her. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere to a business who appreciates it's members and those that are in pain. read more
