I absolutely loved growing up at this church. baptized here, grew up here, walked through the kids center all the way to adulthood attending the bigger service. Don't get me wrong, element church is great, pastor erik seriously cannot be topped and his love for element goes far. unfortunately, i left this church, even though i used to drive 45 minutes (because of how much i loved it) due to the overwhelming amount of conversation on MONEY! so.. much.. giving! don't get me wrong, giving to the church is incredible. but talks about money would go for at least 30 minutes at element. made the people that couldn't afford to always give feel terrible, and guilty. I love the old element, but when half the sermon became about giving and thousands of dollars of "goals to expand" it felt less like a church and more like a charity. read more

We have been coming here since 2017. There have been so many pastors coming and going. It is sad. Anytime I have asked to use a room at our church they just deny it and say they are unable to accommodate. However they accommodate other members. I feel like its very clique. A church that preaches the Word in a modern down to earth method. This is not your average Church and it's not for the faint of heart or for watered down Christians. The Bible says wide is the path that leads to destruction and narrow is the way that leads to life. It matters what Church you go to. Go to a lukewarm Church at your own peril. This Pastor clearly points you to the narrow way. Highly recommend it. We go here whenever we visit this city. read more

The first time I went to this church they had a guest pastor, "Steve". The title of his sermon was The Names of God but then he went off on a tangent about gender identities and how he's happy the Bible says to be fruitful and multiply. There was not a serious atmosphere at all. Someone posted they felt it was a combination of a rock concert and a comedy show and I couldn't agree more. Plus, they kept plugging the pastor's book and encouraging the congregation to purchase it. We never went back. I'm fluent in Hebrew so I was interested in what pastor Steve had to say about The Names of God. His understanding of Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh was so pathetic I felt sick to my stomach. I don't go to Church at Element but they are a client of mine. Your judgement will be judged Zach F. as will all of ours. These are good people here. Good people who keep their doors open and welcome anyone who wants to worship with them. Welcome anyone who wants to know Christ or receive direction on how to find him. It may not be by the exact incredibly entertaining methods the Catholic Faith does it by, but their mission is hopefully the same as yours. This world and this Country needs God more now than ever. If some drums and electric guitar gets some young people interested in letting God direct their life, I see that as nothing but awesome. Lets thank Jesus every second of every day for the patience and tolerance he has for us and try to love more like he loves. read more

I love this church. I was raised catholic and for years i listened and hoped to hear a message like the ones that Pastor Erik presents. I have been going to this church for 2 years now and enjoy being a greeter in the front of Wentzville and St. Charles Missouri services now. If you are thinking of coming to visit, please come to at least 4 or 5 weeks as each message series goes that long. That way you will be able to hear at least 2 different messages. If you are can not physically go to church you can watch it online at elementchurch.com. Then go to messages on the top right of the homepage to watch a current or archived message. You can also watch it LIVE on Facebook at ElementchurchMO. The newest campus is in Warrenton, MO - so you have 3 campuses to choose from. Just check the service times online for each. I got conned into coming here by a friend who claimed I just had to give it a chance. I'm catholic so this "church" was starkly different from anything I had ever seen before. If a church could be considered blasphemous, this is as close as one could come. The only way I can describe it to people who ask about it is that it was a mix between a rock concert and a comedy show. There were more jokes said during the sermon than I could count. It really took away from any scripture meaning they were trying to convey. Add that to the fact that the band straight rocks out (electric guitars and drums) for the rest of the service and you get an hour of the least church-like behavior I can imagine. I'm not saying that the people here aren't devout Christians or that they did anything wrong, it's just an entirely different experience from anything I've seen before. If the aforementioned actions seem like something you're interested in, then, by all means, give this place a try. If your idea of a church service is more rigid and austere, you will not like the service here. read more
