We once waited over half an hour for a bagel with salmon (that actually never came because we had to leave before they ever managed to bring it out). It wasn't even a very busy time, so I have no idea what the problem was. The food is just okay, nothing great. It's a nice place to sit and have a coffee and pastry, but I wouldn't recommend it for anything else.

The restaurant picked up in terms of people coming in for their dinner while we were finishing up. The people were very friendly and greeted us in English, which was a nice gesture. The entire menu is vegetarian so dietary restrictions shouldn't be a huge issue. I ordered the Onion Soup and split the paella with my friend. The onion soup was hot and savory as I was running down with a cold. The paella was not as good as I was anticipating as it was pretty bland. However, this was a vegetarian paella so I knew that it was different than those that I've had that is a seafood paella or other type of meat. The price in the end for 2 soups and paella ended up coming to around 31 euros. Overall, if you're vegetarian, I think you'll enjoy this place very much more than me during my visit here.

The service was also terrible, in true Spaniard style. I had to flag various waitresses repeatedly to get my water glass refilled and it took forever to get the check.
