I'm from out of town and wanted to get a quick pedicure while I was burning some extra time. I went with the deluxe pedicure, which was average at best. I get pedicures every 4 weeks and sometimes I can go 6 weeks with no chipping or peeling but it's not even been 12 hours and the paint is already peeling up. Not to mention when I looked closer after I left the paint job is actually horrendous. read more

Terrible absolutely terrible made me bleed and the lady didn't know what she was doing what so ever !!!

I was already in the mail and they were not busy so I got a pedicure & gel polish removed. Price was average $35 for basic & $5 to remove gel polish. I did not have my toenails polished because they do not carry that brand I like. I felt like he done an ok job trimming & filling sides of toenails until I got home and could look closer. They are not shaped good at all & it doesn't look like underneath the nails were cleaned. Plus my heels are still really rough. They were only swiped a few times with the purple pumice stone & there was very little lotion put on my heels. Ugh lesson learned make the appointment at the other place that I know takes pride in their work. read more

These people over charged my nails and as they were being done were smacking my hands and being extremely disrespectful as I was leaving the store they were still grabbing my hands and trying to pull me to smack them straight again. This place is absolutely horrible and I will never change my mind. Also my friends all got things done as well and were smacked aggressively for moving. Your life your choice but absolutely screw this place. read more

I went to elegant nails with no appointment and I didn't have to wait at all. I didn't get the name of the woman who did my nails, she was in her late 30s I think she may have been the owner. she did a great job on my nails and was very nice!! read more

My child lost his iPad in this store, they closed down before I got to go back in and get it. I went back in the morning to get the iPad and they acted very suspicious and started speaking in their first language. One lady pointed at the camera when I said I would just report it lost at AT&T. After she pointed at the camera she opened the closet door and said "oh this one". I presume the intensions were not honest and I will not be visiting back to this place. read more

***PLEASE read the whole review*** I had taken my daughter to PRO NAILS for a fill-in/mani & pedi for her birthday & she unfortunately was treated horribly by an employee, Jay Cu, who "done her nails". After doing a fill-in on her previous set, he applied the color that she had chosen, which was yellow. So afterwards she noticed that the previous color (pink) from before had bled through the yellow. She wasn't upset when they looked halfway done & had pink streaks all throughout the new color. In fact, she was nothing BUT kind, courteous & respectful to Mr. Cu when asking if he'd mind changing the color & he got extremely upset & told her she needed to be sure of the color she wanted this time because he wasn't going to change them again & why did it matter she wasn't gonna be charged for them anyway. I defended daughter, as any good mother would & he literally squared me up like he was going to do something & the lady who was doing my nails had to tell him to take a break before he'd back off. So, after being charged FIFTY DOLLARS, I then took her to Elegant Nails where she was treated like royalty. So, thank you to Elegant Nails for such awesome customer service & for treating my daughter the way she deserved to be tested on her birthday. Y'all are AWESOME!!! Both my daughter & I will be back the next time we need our nails done. Thanks again. read more

I've been here twice and they do a good job. They have a nice selection of polish colors and several levels of service. I have only gotten the deluxe pedicure which includes a scrub and hot towels for the legs. I have been pleased both times and the polish lasts a long time. read more

I waited for 45 minutes and the man can't do a basic pink/white French nail. Asked me to wait for another woman I said no I had already been waiting. Not a good experience the last 3 times I have been in there. read more

Honestly, I thought this was the crappiest service I have ever gotten from a nail salon. They were very rough, and didn't listen to what I wanted. They were rather rude to my friend also. Told her to pay right then and there before she got them painted, or they weren't gonna finish. My nails aren't the shape I wanted, and most of them are round on one side and slanted on the other. I am really upset. I paid over 45 dollars for simple painted acrylic nails. They even charged me an extra 5 dollars for shaping that wasn't even done right. read more
