Regarding Andrew's "most insane encounter in a business in his life", he's lying lol he actually was making violent threats towards another customer & screaming through the pickup window into the employee's ear after the other customer spoke up to him about blocking the ADA entrance with a terrible sideways parking job in his lifted pavement princess truck, that's why he was refused service. He came back to "apologize" (blame his threatening and childish behavior on the other person) and the manager on shift told him to leave & not come back obviously. You just can't walk into a federally illegal business and have an adult temper tantrum while threatening people and expect service. Two star review because corporate cannabis is disgusting but some of the employees here were really good at their jobs. read more

On the other hand, her manager did not have the store open properly for her or the machine machines working to make sales and she had her hands tied there. When the manager finally came up. Just about every time I want to order online I have to open another account on your webpage. When I am finally able to order the staff never respond to let me know my order is ready. I just had the most insane encounter in a store in my life. I came in today to pick up an online order, as I was parking I accidentally over parked my lane. As I got out my car and noticed this and corrected it, I had a houseless man in the parking lot yelling at me In front of my car and telling me I need to learn to park. As I walked into the waiting room here was the same man, in the waiting room and again cussing and making remarks to me about my parking. The dude then proceeds to walk inside and give me death stares while he's in the store and I'm behind the glass. So I asked the guy what his problem is and too leave me the f alone! So I was told I would not be served today...Understandable! Even though I did not start this inside or outside the store. But what I don't get is when I try to come back in to apologize for the situation and explain my side of things, I was met with a "don't ever come back in the store ever again"! The manager would not let me explain my side of things, instead I was treated as if I was on drugs or a criminal and just committed a crime! I was also accused of disrespecting an employee? The whole situation was/is bizarre and definitely upsetting. (Not that I don't get to shop here though, awful business whos main business plan is to push all the mom and pop shops out of Oregon!) I love the colorful 60's ambiance of the shop and the folks seem helpful and well informed. I purchased a $70 CBD Balm for my 89-year-old mother's arthritis yesterday, but found out later that my sister had already bought some for her. When I came back to return it, they said they couldn't refund my $70 because of company and OLCC policy. The policy is posted NOWHERE in the store, or printed on the receipt. I am now out $70 for a product I don't want or need. If I had been informed of this policy BEFORE purchasing the product I would not have made the purchase. read more

This is our go-to shop now! We lived close to this place for a long time before we even discovered it was here. It's nice because it's not on a main road, so it's only super busy because of people who know what's up - not just random tourists. It's small, but they have the shop laid out in a really cozy, cute way, like a 70's lounge. Also they have a ton of options for edibles - like way more than other shops. Especially good selection of vegan edibles! The best part is the crew, though. We usually get the same people every time and they're always super friendly and helpful. Two weeks ago I asked if they could get any more stock of this one edible product I wanted, and the really tall awesome guy (I think his name is Anthony?) was like, "Yeah, no problem, we'll order them for you!" A few days later, their store assistant manager, Joseph, left me a voicemail to say they'd gotten the product in, and then he followed up with an email also. Such awesome service!! I totally did not expect that from a dispensary, but I should have -- they're always this nice whenever we go in! The only person I don't love there is the woman who helped us out on our last visit - long blonde hair and glasses. She was not very friendly and my husband said she kind of batted his hand away when he tried to look at the packaging on something - like, I know we're not supposed to touch display stuff on our own, but she could have been much gentler about it. He said she made the entire experience kind of stressful and seemed very put-out by simple questions, which is totally not what you want when you go in to buy relaxing CBD and stuff. But I don't want to complain because we absolutely love this store and everyone else who works there. A friend is starting a heavy series of chemo this month for aggressive breast cancer so I wanted to purchase some cannabis from a reliable source. I chose curbside pickup at electric lettuce in cedar mills based on a recommendation. I was so impressed with the service that I wanted to write a review so others can also feel comfortable purchasing from them. They have a beautiful online ordering platform and curbside pickup system that was super clear, efficient and effective. I clicked on the link upon arrival and within minutes a very nice guy appeared at my car window to check my ID, confirm my order and take my payment. Within minutes he returned with the perfect order and I was off. I found the whole process to be terrific and the products look wonderful too. Highly recommend this store. read more

My wife and I enjoy our visits to Electric Lettuce. They have great customer service and are comparably priced. You can expect very knowledgeable personnel who are eager to assist you. Cedar Hills is the first location we visited and serves our needs the best. If there is a drawback it is the level of stock on hand. There have been several occasions when we could not acquire the brand and type of product we had hoped to replace or replenish. That aside a visit to Electric Lettuce continues to be a regular stop. This is my place. THE place. I love the people, the location is perfect, I love the ambiance, and of course the bud is choice. Silver Hawk is our go to, but the budtenders are knowledgeable and will recommend something similar if it's not available. We just got some flower that burns perfectly and has a lingering starfruit-flavored finish. Fantastic. I also love their apparel -- last year's "ugly Christmas sweater" sweatshirt is my favorite.
