I just moved from Seattle 2 months ago and they were the 3rd shop in Portland I'd hit. Honestly the best weed shop with the I've ever had the pleasure of going to. Their customer service is top tier and I've been treated like a star customer and like I'm the highlight of their day every time I come in.That's not a corny exaggeration either, I've never met more genuine salespeople outside of like...a new seasons or farmers market. Theyre not just QUILTBAG friendly, theyre careful and conscious about their queer customers. No matter WHAT my day looks like, I'm having an amazing day and nothing else matters by the time I leave this location. It freaked me out at first because I'm not a social/people person but the energy of this particular store just raises me and my mood to their good vibrations.The only complaint I have is actually a pretty heavy one towards corporate about not paying enough attention to the location, but this isn't just the closest store to me, its the only one I want to go to and the staff is (way) better and more personable and knowledgeable all around than the Marlow location. I don't like having to be passed off to the only guy on shift that knows more than me about the products I'm asking about. On top of that I dont have a medical card because I dont have $200 to drop on anything but weed with my budget. But I have lupus(among other things) and live in a household with other medically disabled people that partake in cannabis as our most effective and primary medicine. They really understand that here and take the time to work with me and my symptoms to find the best strains. And in the rare instance that they dont know or they feel like a product wouldnt be a good match, they'll look it up and above all be honest about their knowledge and impressions of a product. If they don't have stock of something they aren't afraid to call another location to make sure you get it. They always have amazing deals and I've always walked out having spent way less and walking out with way /more/ than I expected. I feel genuinely cared about at this location, I just really wish corporate would give this location more stock and attention so that my roommates and I can be more comfortable customers. I know we can't be the only ones that prefer these guys. We drop a great deal of money here and are frequently taking advantage of the membership discounts are certainly more than occasional or recreational customers. read more

So I never been a big weed smoker but I've recently moved to Portland and have been passing by this location every day after work and the art work of the building always caught my eye. I've been having a hard time sleeping lately and which in turn feels me with major anxiety in the morning and messes with my depression. After talking to a friend who thought smoking would help me chill at night I stopped in. At first it was weird and I was nervous cause I haven't ever bought weed and to me it's always been illegal. But as soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly with a smile and was asked how I could be helped. I forget her name but the woman who helped me out was really cool and attentive to my needs. She was very knowledgeable and suggested several varieties to try and made my purchase easy. Didn't judge me for being new to this world or my reasoning. The other staff member made my visit feel like I was just hanging out with friends. The whole process was very easy and quick. The place is clean and very attractive. Bright and colorful. Definitely very inviting. I don't have a whole lot of experience with this yet but i highly recommend Electric Lettuce (specifically the Beaverton location) I will be coming back for future purchases. read more

Electric Lettuce in Beaverton is one of my favorite dispensaries, if not my fave! The design and use of color in the store and on the outside of the building is so eye catching and tastefully done and is actually what brought me to the dispensary in the first place. Upon walking in for the first time, I was immediately tended to and was helped by one of the associates personally. The customer service is out of this world; the knowledgable employees are there to help find exactly what you need and are *awesome* at recommending different products that fit your lifestyle and needs. I usually go for the Craft Reserve cartridges and there is almost always a nice selection. The return policy is great as I never expect a return policy at a dispensary, and while I've never had to use it - it's a nice safety net just in case. I'm completely new to the whole vaping scene and was told to go to Electric Lettuce by a friend. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of knowledge the young lady who helped me had. She was very patient as well, answering any and all questions I had, regardless of how silly they may have seemed to her as well as how many other customers were waiting at the door. Gotta admit there's something pretty fabulous about being waited on by someone who wants to help each and every customer to the best of their ability. Everyone is always so upbeat and helpful! I'm a daily smoker but the furthest thing from knowledgeable as far as which strains can do what for you but at electric lettuce they're very patient and take the time to educate you a little and answer any questions with a genuine smile. I was in need of a certain product and during this time, it's been weird getting out and about. The workers I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable and still got me exactly what I needed! It was obviously weird being socially distanced and having to speak through masks, but they've always been friendly and helpful, this whole thing didn't affect service at all. read more

Hands down. Best products in f***** town.. I tried La mota, cannabis nation, sweet relief etc.. and compared to this franchise, hthis place is actually the best priced and best flower around. If you're unfortunate enough to visit this trap, ALWAYS CHECK THE HARVEST DATE. They sell old products at an over the top price. You can get better product elsewhere for cheaper. read more
