I saw their work at the philly convention 4 maybe 5 years ago and i was hooked. this being one of my 'bucket list' shops, I was very pleased with the concept we came up with. tattoo #35 was only a few hours and his color work was awesome. ( i haven't posted a picture cuz i don't want anybody getting any of my ideas lol) They take walk ins from how it looked. She's very clean and organized, also helps with symmetry and when it comes to facial piercings. I got a medusa and a vertical labret done and she was beyond helpful, she took her time with placement to make sure they were as symmetrical as they could be and to fit my face. She caters to her clients and overall is just a great piercer. I've had many piercings, some being horrible but she is the first that ever made me laugh as i was getting them done. I'm 68 years old and had my ears pierced when I was 12 years old. I haven't Worn earrings for the…read morelast 10+ years because one of the holes in my earlobes closed up and I couldn't get an earring in. So I decided to have my ears repierced. My appointment with Tori was a lovely experience. As I turned out, she was able to reopen my piercings from the backside of my earlobes and insert titanium earrings with a flat backs that are removed or changed from the front. Tori was very gentle and professional; I would recommend her and Twisted Images for piercings!

I called Etown Big Daddy's and they said call Brandenburg location for an appt. I called and the man that answered said I have to come in to the shop to make an appt? I said ok even tho it seemed rather strange I drive over 100 miles from where I was staying just to make an appt. But I was told Trey was the best! I arrived with my daughter whom also wanted a tattoo and we spoke directly to Trey whom said ok leave your number and I'll see what day we can do the tattoos I have to check my book. He was in the middle of doing a tattoo. He said I promise to call you back today and set it up....that was three weeks ago. I have ALLOT of money and was willing to fly back whenever he said he could do it but clearly he doesn't have the respect to even call and say no or I'm too busy or whatever instead he lost two great customers, gets a shitty review and no further referrals from us. I have one hell of a large family whom all would have came to him. The thing that bothers me the most is shitty customer service! I don't give him one star! With this lousy customer service I don't get how he possibly could be booked up??? In California we don't roll like this, we show RESPECT! We know how to use a telephone and make an appointment. If we ever said you have to come in we would never have a business last long! I'm glad I didn't let him tat me up, it more than likely would have been as crappy as his business!
