Todd gave me a detailed description of everything he does during the inspection. He was available to do the inspection the same week and kept in contact. The day of the inspection I joined him for the inspection and he was very thorough. He walked my partner and I through every aspect of the inspection and exactly what needed done in the home. He gave us tips and tricks as we did the walk through as new home owners. He was very personable and kind. He told us exactly what the issues were and did not sugar coat any of the information. He finished the report on site and we received it the same day! I highly recommend Todd at Advantage for your home inspection!

As a community worker we have resources for most things, but I was at a loss on how to help this family and you guys showed up and showed out. I don't know how to thank you enough or sing your praises, other than this, to leave a positive review in every place I can find to leave one!! And I can't leave out your demeanor with the homeowner and how comfortable you made her feel. She was so anxious and embarrassed, and she couldn't stop talking about how you didn't make it a big deal and was just doing your job and didn't judge or make her feel any type of way about the ordeal. Thank you so much.
