He clearly did not take the time to read and understand the bad material given by his client, and as a result the demand letter he wrote was full of factual errors and ridiculous insults. He was in fact so incompetent that it resulted in his client's $15,000 loan being canceled and I required him to make immediate payment in full. Totally his lawyer's fault. His incompetent demand letter only resulted in worse circumstances for his client. He's also been reprimanded for stupidity by the NC state bar, this is public info. He didn't stop illegally harassing me until I started the process of getting a no contact order through the court.
