Let me tell you that it is not easy here in Naples and probably in Italy. Yes, you can go to places like Expert and or Euronics but if you don't know anything about AC Units, the square meters of your rooms you need AC, and for someone to do the installation can be difficult. Especially if you are a foreigner and the knowledge of the local language is limited. I can speak a little bit of Italian, but it is fairly basic daily living conversation. Luigi's prices were very competitive compared to the online stores I've been looking. He had a face of a trustworthy person and willing to help type personality. I ended up buying quality, Fujitsu, because I do not want the AC Units breaking down. Luigi came to our home to measure the rooms and he quoted us 3 different product; Fujitsu, Daikin, and Gree. It included the price of installation as well. The online stores only offered the indoor and outdoor units, and so that would have left me to research a good company for installation; which can be challenging here in Naples. He also had someone to install the units that I bought and they were very professional and courteous. Being able to speak and understand some Italian or Google Translate on your phone will help. They have a PC in front to be able to communicate in Italian also, but I would bring an Italian friend to help interpret.
