I am disappointed with the service at Liberty Tax because Sully Carmona did an unsatisfactory and unprofessional job at completing my taxes with her incompetence as a "tax professional". Ms. Carmona was constantly checking her cell phone and answering it when it rang, discussing with the Liberty's Manager where they were going party that evening. Finally, her disgusting and rude behavior manifested when she completely stopped processing my taxes to buy some perfume from a man coming from the street, fifteen minutes later she told him "she was broke and didn't have the money". Also, I took the time to fill out an application form and she ignored my request to have my refund sent through direct deposit and I made an unnecessary trip with a voided check. When I called the following day to check on the status of my refund, she told me to come in a third time due to her irresponsible mistake, she entered my older son's last name incorrectly. I received a call from the IRS and I ended up owing them $5000.00 because of this trifling establishment. The IRS claimed I signed and approved it, I am responsible for it.
