I've eaten at the Santa Ana Elba mothership for decades. First time trying this location. My standard order of liver and onions with an order of bacon chopped and mixed in (not on menu) was kind of questioned by the server. I told him that's what I always ordered in Santa Ana, he took the order back to the kitchen and no problem. Food and service true to the standard of my beloved Elba. Note: they have a parking lot across the street and one lot up (you'll see it when you get there). Only a block off the boulevard of the hotel zone, and a great place for a lighter meal like soup and a club sandwich or go BIG with a full milanesa, the highway truck stop roots of the Elba of decades ago. Good speed of service. Air conditioning, cleanliness and lighting all good. read more
