The couple's room was very pretty, and the staff & measures were very nice! The best part was the actual massage (which is what you're paying for). I did a deep tissue (or sports massage) for an hour with my boyfriend and it was lovely. The price is great too as you can use the spa facilities for the whole day. Showers, robes, shampoo/conditioner etc were all great products. This was the first time I actually took a shower in a spa. The interior of the pool room could have some work done on it. If you want to make a booking, first call the hotel & ask to be transferred to the spa. The number on the website (or if you call directly) never seemed to go thought. I called 3 times, left voice messages and sent an email, and no one got back to me in a week. I ended up calling the hotel and got through straight away. I could NOT be happier with my service. I booked a mommy-to-be massage, requested female or male. I was greeted by Shawnay Palmer. She was very sweet. I was 32 weeks pregnant and she knew exactly how to handle it. She was very knowledgeable about how I should lay on my sides and back. The table had two very soft pillows for my stomach and legs. The table went up and down for her comfort and the foot and head ends went up to control my blood flow. It was worth every penny. If I lived in the area, I would go back. The spa was very nice, professional staff, clean, all around lovely experience. I was very relaxed! The pool and hot tub are shared with hotel guests but it wasn't a horrible thing because spa guests have their own entrance. Loved this spa and will def come back! Spa is on the 2nd floor of the Olive 8 Hyatt hotel right across from the main Hyatt Regency. I had an appoint for a massage and arrived early to enjoy the benefits of the Spa area which included access to the pool, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly and provided me with a robe, locker and sandals. They also had a small gift shop where you can purchase items in case you forgot something. I was picked up from the lounge area for my massage and greeted right away and walked to my room. Then I was offered an oil scalp treatment and hemp joint rub complimentary to my service since I was here with my friend for a work retreat. Hyatt really knows how to pamper because this massage was all about pampering with hot towels on the feet and hot towels on the face and wrapped around my head which eventually became cold really fast and didn't feel good to keep on the entire time. My massage therapist started with the scalp treatment first which just consisted of her pouring tons of herbal oil on my hair which was drenched in oil by the end. What happened to the scalp massage? Oh yeah that never happened. Moving onto the massge itself, I can't say I really enjoyed it since there were too many bells and whistles and I was looking for a simple massage. It wasn't bad but I just wanted more time for the actual massage itself instead of the little pampering methods. Overall, a different experience but wished they focused more on the massage details instead. They also offered a lounge area where you can relax before or after your service in comfy sofa chairs, snacks, coffee/tea and cozy blankets. My mum and I spent a fabulous afternoon at Elaia Spa earlier this afternoon. We both had a 60 minute deep tissue + hot stone massage. My massage from Shawna was exceptional. One of my biggest issues with getting massages is that the pressure is always too light and I'd have to keep asking for more pressure and it interfere with the flow of massage. Shawna however did it with the right pressure. We were taken to a relaxation room after changing into our robes. There were 8 lounge chairs and there were tea, water and snacks. I also noticed a drink and lunch menu from Urbane, the restaurant downstairs and a few people were eating. Thought that was interesting as I have never seen such service at a spa before, especially in the relaxation area. I was burning up in my robe. Not sure why the temperature was so warm. We didn't wait very long until we were greeted and escorted separately to our rooms. Nice lighting on the ceiling, dimly lit room. The bed was way too hot. It took a while for it to cool after I requested turning the bed warmer off. After our massage were finished,mum and I met back at the relaxation area and we ordered champagne, a salad and crab benedict. That was really nice being able to lounge, relax and have lunch without having to leave the spa nor get dressed. Not sure if the latter is ideal and hygienic for an eating place, but what the heck. We lounged a while, then we hit the sauna and steam room. We skipped the pool and jacuzzi. So, here are my pros and cons. Pros: - Spa services are offered at reasonably "okay" prices considering that you have full access to the facility (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym) all day and is located in a great hotel downtown. -You are able to order from Urbane and have lunch at the spa. There were things we wanted off menu (my favorite scramble with goat cheese but I didn't end up getting ) and the front desk told us we could order anything we'd like and the kitchen will make it. -Valet validation is 8$ . Cheapest around. - You get 5 body services and the 6th one is free. I now have two =) Cons: _ eating at the spa. As much as I enjoyed having lunch there, It was rather a distraction when we were waiting for our masseuse listening to people talking and dishes clanking. It defeat the whole purpose of a "relaxation room". -I disliked how the locker rooms and the massage rooms + lounge aren't connected. Meaning in order to get to the rooms, you'd have to walk out by the front desk. Very awkward and a bit embarrassed walking across an open area in my robe and being assisted by a male front desk person to the lounge. Mum and i decided to walk to the market and leave our belongings in the lockers and check out later. However before we made it to the elevator, one of the front desk (another male) pretty much chased us down and said " did you guys pay yet?" We had to explain that we were not yet checking out and we were coming back shortly. Not a big deal but I thought that was a little rude and could've been addressed better. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and so did mum. Will definitely be back. read more

A good friend and I came here for a promotional deal. It was $20 for a martini and an oxygen facial. When we walked in we were pleasantly greeted by a woman working at the front desk. She gave us a quick little tour of their setup and we were ready to wait our turn. The bartender made us some martinis and my friend and I sipped on them in their "relaxation lounge" until Holly came to get us. She let us both hang out in the room and chatted pleasantly through the entire oxygen facial. The facial itself was an interesting experience for sure. It was mostly just cold oxygen and "some minerals" being sprayed onto the skin. Either way, both the friend and I walked away feeling refreshed and amazing. The facial lasted about 10-15 minutes each, but for $20 I'm not going to complain. We lounged in the "relaxation lounge" for about an hour and were left undisturbed. The bartender peeked in a few times but I think it was obvious we were set with just a drink, but she did give us plenty of opportunity to order more. It was nice to have uninterrupted conversation but know the staff was still being attentive. Overall, it was a pretty great experience. The facility seemed really nice as did all of the staff. And for a great deal it was well worth it. I did spend a great deal of time wondering why they decided to put the "relaxation lounge" facing other buildings and a kind of pointless view. read more

I won, I won, I won! It happened at Girl Power Hour - a fun monthly networking event for professional women in the Seattle area. They had a raffle, and I won! I never win ANYTHING, let alone nearly $100 worth of spa services. So I finally used my Elaia certificate last week - they let me switch it around so I could use it for any service instead of the ones it specified (sweet!) I also paid for some additional services so I could make an indulgent spa day out of it. Here's the deal: if you go to Elaia for any service, you get full access to their swimming pool, workout area, locker rooms, the sauna, and relaxation room for the whole day. My favorite part of this was lounging in the serene relaxation room - I read a few magazines cover to cover after my services were done. 5-stars go to Holly, who gave me the best manicure I've ever received. 4.5-stars go to my aesthetician - she did a good job shaping my eyebrows, but she seemed unsure about what to do with the unruly part of my brows that goes again the grain (which made me feel really nervous!) And 4-stars go to my masseuse, who gave me stretching tips for my day-to-day life. (He probably deserves 5 stars - I'm just not that into massages.) And 2.5-stars to the receptionists - the one I talked to on the phone asked for my preferences, but the one who was there when I arrived ignored those preferences. Given that this is a fairly high-end spa and it wasn't busy at all, I expected seamless customer service. The pool is just gorgeous, but I don't swim - and I didn't use the workout facility since my gym (Allstar Fitness - Executive Club) is just around the corner, and I loooove working out there. All in all, it's a nice space that will be even nicer when they work out the new opening kinks. (One of the sinks was out of order, along with one of the four shower stalls. And there were construction dudes visible from the relaxation room - who sometimes did noisy construction stuff that didn't help with the pampered-away-from-reality vibe. ) Thanks Elaia and Girl Power Hour for turning me into a spoiled princess for a day! read more

Went here for the first time for a facial and my finance used a day pass. Shanda did my facial and she was amazing. The facility was very clean and staff was very nice, helpful and hospitable. We ordered food while in the relaxation room and it was brought to us. Food was amazing and very fresh tasting also quick. We left relaxed and happy. Seattle doesn't have many grand spas with a full menu of amenities that's why I was soooo happy when I found Elaia's Spa! I love that I was able to book a service and enjoy time in the sauna, steam room. It just doesn't feel right when you want to treat yourself to a day of relaxation yet right after your facial or massage you gotta pack up and go! At Elaia's you can truly let your guard down , unwind and let the stress melt away (if only for a few hours). It's definitely worth those dollars. The indoor jacuzzi & pool are great too! You almost forget you're in dark, rainy Seattle and instead, just for a blissful second, like you're lounging at (insert typical sunny vacation spot here). Elaia provides amazing spa treatments in downtown Seattle. The best part is, no matter what kind of treatment you schedule, you can spend as long as you want enjoying all the other benefits of the spa: the uber relaxing lounge room, complete with snacks, tea and magazines galore; the indoor swimming pool; and the steam room and sauna. I recently spent the afternoon at Elaia, and had an exceptional facial from Shanda. A month later, I can still see a difference in my skin: it's smoother, clearer, and I've taken Shanda's care and recommendations to heart, changing my routine and seeing a difference in my skin because of it. Shanda took the extra time and made the effort to provide individualized treatment based on my skin type and needs, and it really impressed me. However, my experience was truly rememberable because of the courtesy and attention to detail expressed by every single person I came into contact with at the spa. Amazing doesn't even begin to describe this spa experience for me. I took my boyfriend here for a belated valentines day date for a couples massage. The ambiance of the place was incredible. We were greeted by friendly front desk who quickly got us situated with a locker, slippers & robe. We decided to have a quick swim before getting our massage. The pool water was very easy on the eyes and skin and after being a swimmer for most of my life, I can tell an overly chlorinated pool when I smell one. The pool is a gentle saline water pool. The only downside I had on the pool experience is-- hotel guests are obviously allowed in the pool area, but the loudness of some hotel guests can get pretty obnoxious when you're trying to have a relaxing day at the spa. We didn't use the gym facilities, but from the looks of it, looked nice with the normal machines you'd expect at a gym. We did however take full advantage of the spa lounge where we laid around for about an hour after our massage before soaking in the jacuzzi and using the elaborate fully stocked locker rooms. The couple's room was amazing and the ambience of low lighting, gentle music, heated massage table & wonderful smelling oils definitely put you in relaxation mode. Jennifer & Katie were also very wonderful massage therapists who addressed our concerns & stayed clued in to what we feeling & needed. The Elaia Spa ended up on my radar when I was researching Seattle spa options and planning a visit out to see my BFF. As part of our mutual birthday celebrations, we booked a couple treatments for the same time as started prepping for some pampering. First off, let me say... Chelsey, the Spa Concierge, is awesome. She assisted me with making the initial reservations for my friend and I, especially knowing that we wanted treatments at generally the same time - but with some customization. After everything was booked, she was also readily available for any questions. Super, amazingly helpful. The day of our treatments, my friend and I arrived and were shown around a bit and given our robes and slippers. Then we were swept off to our market fresh scrubs and hot stone massages. Admittedly, Eric, my masseuse...massage therapist... whatever the correct term is, he's certainly talented. He made sure I was comfortable, and we discussed the treatment and everything beforehand. This was helpful, since I learned 1) most of their body treatments ointments and whatnot contain lavender, which I tend to have a pseudo-allergic reaction to, 2) the other lotion/scrub scent available to me was coffee scented (amazing) and contained caffeine (even more amazing, since I'm a massive coffee/caffeine-fiend), and 3) he wanted to be aware of my sunburn (recently attained from sitting in the Diamond Club at a Mariners game just a couple days previous to the spa outing). In any case, Eric was great... especially if you're someone who likes more intensive massages when it comes to pressure (which I do). I don't feel like the stress kinks get worked out if there isn't plenty of pressure and targeted tissue work. Eric was great...and I hear he books up fast, so if you're interested then be sure to make an early request. The only kinda-sorta-maybe letdown was some of the post-treatment relaxation. While you can order food and drink, for example, and have it delivered to you at the relaxation lounge or the spa pool...well, it's not an accessible ordering process. The menu says something about calling a certain extension...but there's no phone in the lounge area to call from. I ended up going to the desk and placing food/drink orders with Chelsey whenever my friend or I wanted anything. Beyond that, another woman kinda ruined the "zen" quality of the relaxation lounge when she fell asleep two chairs down from my friend and I...and started snoring. Loudly. Like... very loudly. I know it's not something the spa can control, certainly, and I tried to ignore the woman. When she'd suddenly start snore-gurgling like she was swallowing her tongue though? It, uh, ruined the chill, calming nature of the space. Anyway, I really appreciated this experience for my time in Seattle. My basis for comparison is interesting, as my last spa experience was at a location tucked away in the side of the Haleakala Crater in Maui (a-mazing), and was actually less expensive than Elaia, though equal in luxury, number/timing of treatments and amazing service... so part of me thinks Elaia might be a bit pricier than what I'd otherwise want to pay. It's part of a hotel though, so that seems to go with the territory. Would I go back? Maybe. I'd want to try other spas in Seattle first. The service at Elaia is top notch though...so just hope you don't end up with a snoring woman in the relaxation lounge when you visit. read more

I have been loyal to the Four Seasons for spa relaxation, but a change of plans has now made me a loyal Elaia client! When our plans changed last minute for a bachelorette treat for my best friend, I called Elaia and they were very accommodating and got us in for a couples aromatherapy massage the next day. They mentioned that you can come early to use the pool, steam room and sauna so we arrived around 2:00 for our 4:15 appointment. We ordered a bottle of champagne to share poolside and they were accommodating about this but it was a bit awkward as they asked for our ID upon delivery and explained that we couldn't have glass by the pool so they would need to pour us plastic cups of champagne and keep the bottle on ice away from the pool area. This meant we had to go dripping wet back into the locker room to retrieve our IDs and go refill our glasses at the spa check in. They could have known/anticipated that when we first ordered and checked our IDs then rather than telling us afterward. My guess is this isn't a super common request but it certainly should be! The bubbles were a great way to start our relaxing day at the spa. The pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are great. My only suggestion would be to play music in the pool area as well as the locker rooms, since it is a big cavernous space and some music could help block out the conversations of other guests. After enjoying the complementary amenities, we were taken into a lounge that is super comfortable with great snacks, teas and a nice selection of magazines. After a few minutes our massage therapists came and greeted us warmly. They were very professional and knew what questions to ask to customize our massages. The 60 minute aromatherapy massage was fantastic! The scented oil really helps you achieve a deep relaxation. The massage itself was perfect - great pressure and a great progression across your entire body. Both of us agreed it was one of the best massages we've ever had. My only regret is I didn't spring for the 90 minute! One small annoyance was parking - $8 to use the hotel valet with validation. I think if you are spending $200+, the parking should be complimentary. Next time I'll just walk down from Capitol Hill. Thanks, Elaia! This spa is absolutely amazing. Yes, my opinion is kind of biased since I am a regular customer here but there's a reason why I keep coming back. The services I utlize are the facials (I used to have skin/acne problems). The esthiticians here are excellent. They know what they are doing and are all very knowledgeable about skin care in general. This spa uses only the top of the line products from purely organic brands. I always feel amazing after having a facial here. Mey, Shonsa, Anne, and Brian are all amazing! Oh, and the front desk staff is also the most helpful I have ever experienced. 5 stars go out to all Elaia staff. Thank you. Another reason for my continuous return here are the amentaties. Sure, the prices of the services are on the high side, but you are also paying for access to the gym, steam sauna, dry sauna, swimming pool and the lounge area where you can enjoy refreshments and light snacks. If you come in as soon as Elaia opens on a weekday (10 am), you are practically guaranteed solitude. There were 2 other people using the gym (probably hotel guests or residents) but by the time I left, I was the only one in the gym and my visit to the pool and hot tub was also blissfully solo. I timed my wrap and massage to give me plenty of time to use the gym and shower and pool but didn't give myself enough time pre-treatment to enjoy the empty lounge. I was invited to grab an apple and a bunch of orange hazelnuts to bring into the treatment room for noshing later but nobody was in the lounge after my wrap either! One thing I'm learning is to book a massage at a spa that offers either a sauna, hot shower, or some type of heat before the massage. The herbal wrap definitely gives you plenty of heat to loosen tight muscles. In between the wrap and the massage you get to use an in-room shower- a decadent one with multiple shower heads. Katy is an excellent massage therapist. She zoned in on my problem areas but still left enough time for a head to toe massage. I'd definitely ask for her again since she was thorough, friendly, and professional. After my treatment, I hit the steam room (last time I visited it wasn't functioning and bounced between the sauna, shower, and steam room. There are four showers, one of them had some scary looking fungi. Minus one star for that. Luckily the spa provides slippers. Another reviewer mentioned that you can hear noise from the pool and as I left there was a noisy family. I doubt that you could hear them from the treatment rooms, but it would be annoying if you were still trying to achieve your zen in the sauna or steam room. I also loved that you could help yourself to razors, pony tail holders, use a hairbrush, and all the soaps, lotions, etc. were in pretty bottles. read more

Visited this spa for the first time a couple weekends ago for a gf's bridal party day. LOVED it. i believe it's the first sustainable Hyatt and looks the part without skimping on Hyatt's quality. The herbal wrap was amazing...layers of herb infused towels and heat retaining coverings are laid over you to allow the toxins in your body to leave as you soak in the herbs -- additionally, you'll be receiving a lavender oil scalp massage all the while. :) It was so calming, then rejuvenating and forces one to pause (as so many treatments do) which is half the value of the service... As others have said, your treatment gives you access to the rest of their amenities and the pool and lounge area is not to be missed. :) It is saline pool with one lap lane. the jacuzzi is generously sized and larger than most hotel jacuzzis which is a plus for everyone. :) The spa will validate your parking which means you still pay $8, so would suggest finding a good day rate nearby or remember to get validated. :) Enjoy... read more

Book any service and enjoy the gym (complete with studio room & cold eucalyptus towel service), indoor pool/ jacuzzi (lots of natural light as it is several stories above street level), steam, sauna, and co-ed relaxation room with full food &bev service from Urbane. The relaxation room is full of light and only available for spa guests. Loved wearing just my robe while lounging around and sipping wine with my lovah. The sports massage is their version of deep tissue and did not disappoint. Hurt so good. VERY pleased with this find, as Seattle doesn't have much in the way of a full luxury day spa experience. My colleague and I (Seattle healthcare workers) were given an afternoon at Elaia by an appreciative patient with a gift card. We were treated to a fabulous massage while we were there and really felt taken care of, however what happened afterward soured the entire experience to the point that I can no longer recommend any of their services. A few days later, my colleague was contacted by the spa and told the gift certificate was invalid and then proceeded to charge her personal credit card over $300. We got no clarification as to why the gift card was not able to be utilized towards the service - just that it was either purchased on an invalid credit card or the payment had been rescinded by the purchaser, neither of which makes logical sense - despite completing the transaction on the date of service. Management evaded communication for several weeks before offering an inadequate solution that we felt we had to take in order to move on from this ordeal. It has been a truly disheartening experience to go from feeling special and validated, to feeling taken advantage of and unheard. There are more than enough spas in the Seattle area that provide exceptional service to their community members, which I would highly recommend in place of Elaia. read more

First, let me make a disclaimer, I visited twice and my massages were very nice. One with Shawnay and the second time with Eric. They both were very professional and did a great job! The facility is nice, clean and the staff is very pleasant during check in, and during the visits. I was, however, very disappointed with my check out process and with my interactions with Serene, the general manager. Given that this is supposed to be a very upscale experience, I expected excellence from beginning to end. I would give them an F for overall handling of logistics. Specifically, I did not appreciate being left a not-so-nice voice mail informing me that I need to contact them or my credit card will be charged...The problem is, I was still in the pool enjoying the facility which is part of the services available until close time. It was an 1.5 hrs before closing that I received this disturbing phone message. I was advised by Serene that this is their normal procedure and I advised her that it felt intrusive and made my stress-free day, not so stress-free after all! Who wants to be made to feel like they are cheating or doing something wrong...?! That was uncalled for and not a friendly policy at all. Guests should not be harassed via phone while they are still enjoying the amenities that they paid for! Secondly, I had been informed by another guest that they did indeed provide a 10% discount to local residents, if the discount is asked for. Well, I asked for the discount for my first visit, and did not receive it, however, when I asked for it after my second visit, I was provided the discount. When I spoke to Serene to advise that I should have been given the discount for both of my visits, she stubbled through her words only to finally confirm that they do indeed offer the 10% discount when requested by local residents. She didn't offer to make it right to adjust the 10% from my first visit, which I felt was not fair. Another guest also confirmed that she gets the same discount as a local resident every time she visits the spa, so, this leads me to believe that I was not treated with the same consideration as other guests! Shame on them for that! Lastly, Serene was quite patronizing when I spoke with her to discuss my disappointment. She offered me a free day pass to use the wet areas and I informed her that was an insult. She should have shown authentic care about these outages in service and should have demonstrated accountability for them dropping the ball on providing excellent and a stress-free experience! It would have been better to not offer anything rather than insult me with such an uncaring gesture. I am more than happy to pay for reasonably great service that I expect to get, but, when your service doesn't deliver, I do expect you to make it right! Too bad Elaia Spa, i.e., the General Manager, Serene, didn't see it that way! I'm new to Seattle so now my search continues for a great Spa experience! Shame, shame shame on you Serene for not caring about "all" of your guests! I hope this note finds it's way up the chain to the Managing Director, Steve Vissotdky or an appropriate representative for Hyatt at Olive 8, and that you care enough to make it right! That's certainly not to much to ask! Separately, I even tried to apply my gift card to the purchase of a six month membership, but, again, Serene was not very helpful and the policy not very customer friendly at all! She said that the gift card could not be applied toward the purchase of a membership. Note, that it is not noted anywhere when purchasing gift cards that they can not be used towards the purchase of memberships; it does, however, state that gift cards can be used to purchase any services...go figure! I guess Elaia didn't want the additional few $$ that would have been generated from the sale of the membership. Makes me wonder if you are targeting a certain clientele and are subtly discouraging some potential guests from patronizing the services at your facility. Again, what a shame! I'll gladly take my business elsewhere! read more

I came here for a massage on a Saturday and it was incredible! I called earlier in the week and they were able to accommodate me without a problem. The lounge area was relaxing with water/tea/snacks and cozy blankets. I ended up sticking around after my massage to eat lunch, which was delicious (grilled chicken salad and tomato soup). I wish I had planned ahead and used the rest of the spa amenities like sauna, hot tub, etc. If I had to nitpick, the decor is a little dated--everything from the carpets to the curtains is brown, but the quality of the service more than makes up for it. read more

I do not get out much to get pampered, but chose this spot because they have an awesome deal. Some months they chose a service and offer if for their happy hour. Which means you get the service (a lesser version) for $20 with a martini! I took my friend in for her birthday. The place is very nice. They take you to a relaxation room with your martini (which happened to be a lemon drop (it was strong and de-lish!) We went when they offered the manicure. Holly and Hadessah (hope that is spelled right) were totally awesome. They were so fun to talk to! Everyone was so nice. So for $20 they massage your hands with lotion, file your nails, treat them and then paint them with their very cute colors plus you get a strong ass martini to boot. Ok, I will admit the main reason I love this place is you can use the hotel pool after your services. I love swimming, but I don't really love the public or gym pool situation. The times I've been, I've gotten a massage. They were good; I have nothing to complain about. After your service you can hang out in the relaxation room that has fancy waters and nuts. You can also order cocktails and such while you're relaxing. The locker room/sauna is pretty nice as well, but I pass on through right to the pool! read more

I've loved this place for a long time, but it was finally time for me to admit things are not as good these days. They've tightened up rules around facilities use due to overcrowding, at least one of the estheticians is fairly rude and unprofessional, and the receptionists on a whole are not friendly and unfortunately are not empowered to provide an excellent customer service experience. Quite a few new hotels popping up around Elaia, so I'm hopeful there will be another place nearby soon that provides service that is commensurate with the price. read more

This was one of the best spas and massages I've had. I'm constantly looking for a great spa especially while I'm on vacation. So, I think you could call me a bit of a spa connoisseur. Nothing beats a good massage when you are traveling. The day I arrived in Seattle and I noticed that my back was sore from the flight. Unfortunately, the hotel I was staying at did not have their own spa, but they directed me to their sister hotel, Olive 8 which was a couple blocks away. Thankfully I was able to make an appointment for that same day. When I arrived the staff were very nice, showed me the locker room where I could keep my belongings and change into a comfy robe and some slippers. The massage room itself was very nice and quite large. I was amazed by the massage bed that was completely adjustable to different angles. I decided to go with the signature massage which is a combo of Swedish, lomi-lomi, and Thai. Rose was my massage therapist and she was really really great! I didn't feel rushed at all and she worked on my problem areas. Afterwards, I spent time in the relaxation lounge where they had tea, snacks, magazines, and lovely lounge chairs to relax in. The spa also has access to the pool, jacuzzi and there is a sauna and steam room. I took advantage of it all and spent a few hours here. I loved my time here and it was definitely money well spent! read more
