The restaurant itself is a nice and inviting facility and the servers were warm and friendly. I enjoy good steaks (to the chagrin of my doctor) and this did not disappoint! I like my steak Medium Rare and after a couple of efforts to confirm my selection the steak was prepared that way. The meat was so very tender it seemed to almost melt in the mouth. Earlier this month I had beef at The Cattlemen's Restaurant in Oklahoma City, OK, one of my favorite places in the U.S. to eat steak. If Cattlemen's is a 9, then this was a 10!

We ordered the Coltrane Pizza, which had oregano, cherry tomatoes, basil and cheese. I have to say that this was probably the BEST pizza I have ever had in my life. The crust was just the way I like it, which was obviously cooked in a real brick oven. Dry and crisp, but not hard. Very flavorful in every way. I paired it with a pint of cold Stout, which made for a perfect evening. The restaurant is situated in an artsy, alley type atmosphere along with several other similar restaurants. It relaxing, service was great, but the pizza was AWESOME. Our daughter had a burger, which she couldn't finish, so I got the honor of helping her out. The burger was amazing as well. I definitely highly recommend this restaurant if you are a pizza lover.
