It has been the worst experience in my visit to Monterrey. If you are visiting and looking for a great place to eat...THIS IS NOT THE PKACE...there was a long hair in our food and they refused to deduct the price from check after we returned our plate! Then the waiters kept looking at our table like we did something wrong g and made the rest of our meal uncomfortable and awkward!! Unprofessional and very bad service. Our waiter even felt bad for the managers behavior! Disgusted is the only way to describe this restaurant!! read more

If I could put a negative star I would. This place sucks. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. Took long in getting my food, salsa is from a can, waiter spilled the salsa, finally got food and it was cold... sent it back. Veggies and rice were from a prepackaged and microwaved. Finally tried to eat at least half of the food so it wouldn't go to waste... got the bill and they charged me a 16% impuesto wtf... this was the most disgusting and most expensive food We've had while in Monterrey. Do not go to this nasty place. This is more of a fast food restaurant, similar to long John silvers. Gross!! read more
