Through out high school my Spanish teacher told us stories about churros and chocolate from Spain…read more So when I finally had the chance to visit Spain, churros and chocolate was on my to do list. My research led me to Valor. It was easy to find, great location for people watching. We sat outside, service was quick. Our dish of warm churros was huge. Our cups of hot chocolate was so thick and rich I couldn't finish mine. I'm a milk chocolate fan, so I didn't enjoy it as much as my husband did, the churros helped sweeten up the chocolate for me though. The menu is packed with sweet indulgences, so if dark chocolate isn't your thing, your sure to find lots of other choices. We were leaving Spain that day on our cruise ship so we went back before getting on the boat. We got a chocolate milkshake this time, it was more like thick chocolate milk, and it was so good. We also got a box of chocolate truffles to take home with us. We're hoping Valor will make it to America, but in the meantime there's always the online store to tide us over. I love getting fancy brunch here on the weekends (think mimosas, French toast or eggs Benedict, fruit bowls, bagels). It's also a great place to come with a friend, have a brownie or a slice of cake (red velevet) and jut enjoy life. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and if you're in Murcia it's a must. It's a fun mix of Spain and the US in my opinion. Also the servers do speak English although I always prefer to use Spanish. If you're in Spain and want a yummy dessert or breakfast come here!

I like thier regular menu,which is sweet and cozy. So, I especially enjoy their summer menu. It is fun and refreshing. If you're like me and you even like ice in your O.J. Just say what you would like and add " con hielo, por favor" ( with ice, please).
