If you get the small, you can't do layers which is good to know. I was going to order a crepe, but they had a 30 minute wait which was a bummer since it was late and I was driving back to San Diego County. Two days before the event I get a call saying that one of their drivers is sick and they won't be able to make my delivery. They did give me a couple of names to try calling. One was margaritas on tap and Margarita mama. Now my understanding is these two organizations are now one as margaritas on tap bought out margaritas mama. It first I was a little worried because I left a phone message and an email and didn't hear anything back right away. When I say right away I mean an automatic email reply or something like that. But within a couple of hours I did receive a call back inquiring about my order. The owner was extremely polite and very helpful. He told me there would be absolutely no problem being able to fulfill my order. He arrived the day of the event about five hours before it was supposed to start reviewed the machines with me and got everything set up. Machines were flawless, you provided one extra mix for each machine in case we needed it and told me to have a great time. Everything worked great both machines were fabulous. Lime margaritas again outpaced strawberry margaritas. The next day after my event I received a phone call telling me they would be there within an hour or two to pick up the machines. The entire process was seamless and my guests loved the margaritas. I guess I have found a new company. Thank you very much margaritas on tap.
