One of the best restaurants I've been to in a while. The location is absolutely fabulous - tables on the shoreline over looking the calm waters of the Mar Menor. It is a really quiet and peaceful restaurant and the food is representative of your location . A great selection of local fish or steaks all cooked on an open BBQ grill. For starters you can't go wrong with the foie gras - hot or cold both are stunning. The same with the steaks freshly grilled to your liking. And for me the high light was the pudding - lemon and mint sorbet. Simple but one of the best deserts I've had. The taste is enhanced by multiple jelly balls all filled with lemon juice - that really hit you with a sharp lemon flavour as they melt or you bite into them. Will definitely be back - already twice in three days to check it wasn't a one off wonder - it wasn't The staff are great, attentive but not in your face and the overall vibe can be what you want.
