One of the best restaurants I've been to in a while. The location is absolutely fabulous - tables on the shoreline over looking the calm waters of the Mar Menor.
It is a really quiet and peaceful restaurant and the food is representative of your location . A great selection of local fish or steaks all cooked on an open BBQ grill.
For starters you can't go wrong with the foie gras - hot or cold both are stunning. The same with the steaks freshly grilled to your liking. And for me the high light was the pudding - lemon and mint sorbet. Simple but one of the best deserts I've had. The taste is enhanced by multiple jelly balls all filled with lemon juice - that really hit you with a sharp lemon flavour as they melt or you bite into them.
Will definitely be back - already twice in three days to check it wasn't a one off wonder - it wasn't
The staff are great, attentive but not in your face and the overall vibe can be what you want. There are families, couples and friends and you just make it what you want it to be. This trip will be a memorable 40th birthday read more
