Last night we hadn't figured out our New Year's Eve plans and by chance found Otero open - the owner said of course they could seat our group of 3 last-minute. The food is delicious, the service friendly and prompt, and ambience is perfect. I know I don't write that many reviews, but only when I really like a business and the people there. (I only took photos of the fish dishes, but we also ordered lamb, mushroom risotto, pad thai and portabella sandwich. Everything was good.)
