This is a late review. I stayed at this establishment during spring break of 2018.
The room was clean and the AC worked perfectly.
We had an executive suite which was comfortable for 3 adults and we also had access to a very cozy balcony.
However, the front desk provided poor customer service.
Our room key had to be re-activated every day and whenever I asked the front desk clerk for assistance, she had a horrible attitude.
The service includes valet parking. The valet attendants had a great personality and were always helpful. Unfortunately, they crashed our rental which created a lot of unnecessary paperwork for me at the hotel and when returning it. read more
