The precise composition of the dishes varies slightly from visit to visit. Overall, the quality safely wavers between above average and fantastic. Service is polite and a bit on the slow side. The slow pace reflects the fresh nature of the food that will eventually make its way to your table. I'm not sure why this place isn't rated yet...so I'll help out the tourist crowd and give it an enthusiastic five stars. This is one of the better restaurants in Xalapa in terms of flavor, although it isn't among the most expensive.
