There are mixed tastes like the Crujiente de Mar y Tierra, a creamy mixture of prawns and mushrooms accompanied by a crunchy tempura like largish thin cookie... The tapa which is very popular is the Asado Argentino, a thin tasty cut of beef accompanied by two sauces, chimichurri and criolla. The tapas are mostly included in the price of the drink. The house wines are great and so are the nice cold beers. Service is super. Stilo has become so popular i always attempt to get there by opening time either at 2pm or 8pm.

The setting is great - right by the golf course with views over tranquil pools and water. The staff seemed friendly enough and the drinks came quickly. Our starter of Nachos was a pile of warm tortilla chips smothered in revolting cheese sauce (referred to in the US as 'cheese food') and very poor guacamole. This took 25 minutes to arrive but can't have taken more than 3 minutes to prepare, yet there was only 1 other family in the place! While we waited this family sent back their fish dish as it was still cold in the middle. I began to get a bad feeling about the place at that stage. Our main courses all arrived and one of my children's meals had been prepared totally wrong and we had to send it back. By the time they replaced it - incredibly this dish was close to being cold - we'd all finished out meals and my daughter sat and ate her meal while we waited. I really hate it when that happens but it was totally down to Bamboo's incompetence The burger I had was the worst I have ever tasted and disintegrated as I tried to eat it. Absolutely disgusting. A man sat down at a nearby table and I saw him send his Nachos back as they were so poor. No one had a good meal while I was there. This place is really memorable for my family but in the worst way. We'd wanted to eat here for a few days as it looked nice but we timed it wrong every time. Now my children all go on about it to this day as the worst place they've ever eaten at. If you go to the lovely La Torre resort avouid this restaurant - the Tapas bar is much better!
