Everybody in the office always remembers the last conversations we had even though I only visit two times per year. They have incredible memory and are very personable. Called their office and talked to Rosalind who was very understanding and compassionate about the pain situation and managed to fit me in that SAME day I called not just for consultation but for the surgery as well.
